Great alarm system I like how dynamic it is and how interactive it is. I can use my phone to control the lights, temperature, open and close doors its great! when deciding to go with the central vacuum Alex showed me the best options he had and recommended the appropriate vacuum for my home. the Vacuum works perfectly and picks up everything it needs to pick up. They service is good.

I upgraded my alarm system from an old one who requires a telephone landline to one that is more secure and its connected through a cellular network. When I contacted Grand to find out a quote they were fast and reliable they called me back with a quote and a monitoring rate that was by far the best out in the industry to my opinion. I recommend them.

Wish they had an online system for contacting customer service, reviewing invoices, updating changes, etc. It would make things much easier for communication with them as you have to call for everything.

I was renovvating my house with a builder and they brought someone from grandalarms to speak to me about the security for the house and when we got talking they mention home automation. I wanted this in my house so grand alarms installed a smart alarm system that allows me to control the lights, music, tv, temperature it is amazing. I am super happy with their work and that special feture that they gave my house. I recommend them specially if you want something done right.

Her commitment to resolving this was a very welcome change after my initial experience with the installation tech and the person he escalated to. While that exchange still leaves a bitter taste, Mary made up for His lack of people skills in the way she handled this.
