I am very impressed with the customer service received from Grand Alarm's customer service centre, Elizabeth Aversa. We've been clients of Grand Alarms since 2013. They have always provided good service; however, the service received on more than one occasion by Elizabeth has truly been exceptional which is why I felt moved to write this commendation. Not only has she been very professional, she was most efficient and very accommodating to our busy schedules. She organized a service call very quickly and ensured that we had everything we needed. When she learned we were without one item, she quickly resolved the issue. Thank you Elizabeth for reaffirming why we continue to choose Grand Alarms as our home security provider. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I am having this monitoring system since my first home, 2010. I am very satisfied with the service. I have peace of mind because of somebody is monitoring my home 24/7. I highly recommend this company for your home's safety.

I give their product and sales reps a five stars, but their technician that was scheduled to install the system in my house was bitter and did not have proper interpersonal skills. I asked him questions regarding the system and he responded in a rude manner. I cant complain about his quality of work, he left everything super clean and he made sure everything was working as expected before he sign off.

Mary Spadfina very good to work with. Very knowledgeable. They were part of the builder package from country wide homes. She helped make the right choices for everything. Glad that it was grand alarms.

I have been associated with Grand Alarms for close to one year, and I can now give a truthful opinion about their services. I'm dealing with an efficient company, knowledgeable staff and receiving a quick response time. I highly recommend them. 

You buy an alarm system from them and they tell that when you leave the system will be yours. But they locked it out preventing other company from reusing most of the expensive components like the GSM module. Even when you called them to ask to release the system the will not release the GSM card or the programming off the GSM module.

I have been working with Grand Alarms for over 10 years and I have nothing but great experiences. There workmanship is great, they always go the extra mile. I am very satisfied with service when ever I have an issue. I will continue to do business with this company!

Grand Alarms guys are simply great. They know their business very well and do it with full passion. Right from my first appointment at their studio, I felt I am in good hands. Mary Spadafina at the studio understood all my needs and provided her expert opinion on what should buy and what should I pass. It was a very honest start and from that point I have a great confidence on these guys that they won’t sell anything unnecessary to their customers to make a short term profit. They truly take time to understand customer’s needs and customize packages / offerings to fulfil that while respecting your dollars. A day before technician appointment, I got a call from Rajveer Kaur to the schedule confirmation. She did a fantastic job to accommodate my schedule. And, finally on the day of installation, I spoke to Elizabeth Aversa, who made sure that my experience is going well with the technician at my house or if I need any additional help (considering it was my first time with all these installation and gadgets). Highly recommend these guys no matter you have been using some security systems already or are totally new to this world. You are in safe hands, I must say.

I had the system installed in June, I was very happy with the workers very professional. Once the system was installed I did have a problem getting it set up but Bav Patel was very helpful and patient with me in order to get it working. Overall everyone was very professional and helpful. I have been with this company for over over 6 years. I am very satisfied with their service, friendly and helpful customer service. I deal with Melinda from the customer service. She is extremely nice and helpful. I would greatly recommend their services!
