This is first time having a alarm system in our house.we are fleeing a safe for our new house.our sales rep is Mary spadafina was terrific.she explained us everything about alarm system.it really helped us to make our disicion .

Danson Hui was my sales rep. He was very professional and helpful. The install of this unit was done very professionally. So far I can definitely say that I am very happy with my alarm system and I would definitely recommend Grand Alarms to anybody looking for a good system.

Had the worst experiance with Grand Alarms, awful customer service. Will never use them again nor recommend them. Only way they tried to settle my issue was trying to make me lock into a another 5 year contract. Stay Clear of Grand Alarms.

I've been with Grand Alarm for years. I've moved houses twice since being with them. This recent move was quite complicated but in the end everything came together. I've been dealing with Amanda Powar at head office and she's been an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE to be working with. She's done and continues to do whatever she can to ensure myself as a client remains happy with the service. Recently, they sent out an installer to relocate my setup to boost signal. All went well. As I entered Grand Alarms Mary Spadafina greeted us and answered all our concerns and questions throughout the process. She was extremely nice and straight forward to talk to and plan out the low voltage wiring. She recommended many products to us, and provided us with insight in what was recommended to the low voltage wiring plan. We met with Romina for our new home purchase. Romina walked through the details and floorplans of our home and advised on our options available for the home and even suggested some tips we would have not thought of.
