This company is disgrace to the industry it is in. I have moved to my new house 4 years ago and sign up for month to month alarm service with Grand Alarms. About a year ago I called because my service stopped working. The company never followed up neither sent technical to fix the issue. After about a year of waiting I gave up and asked to stop my service due to poor customer satisfaction. Instead of apologizing for mishandling the account service rep asked me to pay for another 12 months upfront for cancelling the the service. I owned all the alarm equipment in my house at the time I subscribed to their service so there was no expense for them to activate it. This is the worst company in this business and I would never recommend it to anyone. If you hear their name run away.

This is first time having a alarm system in our new house.we are safe for our new house.our sales rep is Mary spadafina was really helpful and answered all our questions. Installation staff are very professional and all the staff we spoke so far are very professional. She explained us everything about alarm system which really helped us to make our decision . For sure, I recommend my friends for Grand alarms. Ravi Bas

Great service. All the reps I spoke with were very helpful. As well the techs that came out to my house were great. When I had a problem with my alarm a tech was sent and the problem was resolved right away. I would recommend to anyone I know.

I signed a deal with this company and within 24 hours they changed the specs of the contract. I wonder if they would have told me before the installation started or would they have just issued me a credit for the work not done. Either way, I wasn't too impressed. I cancelled the contract.

It is good , When u sign up the service and get your $. But when you move, no longer need the service. It took a long time to terminated it. Also, It took a long time for them to call you back or don't even return your email.
