We have been a satisfied Grand Alarms customer since 2002 when we purchased our new home. Recently (summer 2014) we decided that we wanted to upgrade our security system (12 years old). We researched many options and had several quotes and consultations, but in the end the best options, solution and price was Grand Alarms. They provided options we requested and others we did not think of and customized a package for our current needs with the option to expand in the future. The installer was professional and took his time to ensure everything was completed to our requirements. We have had only one issue since the upgrade and it was addressed immediately once we contacted Grand Alarms.

From the first contact we had great service. everyone that we talked to on the phone was polite and helped even when things got a little funny with the installer not being able to get the conection working they worked through the problems. the cameras are great and when they went down and we didnt notice the people at grand alarms noticed and fixed them before we even noticed. great product and great service. thank you.

Leo from Grand Alarm gave us what we considered a good price after looking at several other options including ADT who we had in our old house however they appeared to not be interested in our new home. GrandAlarm came to my rescue and not just re-hardwire all windows and doors but offered me 6 months free as my prior alarm company continued to charge me. Technicians are available after hours and on weekends which is very convenient. Looking forward to the home automation in the future.
