I have had this service for over 18 yrs. The service department and customer service is great. I have all my family enroll in their service. The only one thing I wish I could have is to see me turning the alarm on and off through my phone. I have two teenagers you know. But great company very little price to pay for peace of mind.

I recently purchased a new home and was eager to get an alarm installed. Grand Alarms was quick to answer my questions and their prices and promotions were affordable. The installation was quick and the person was knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting the setup for sensors etc

I have been a customer of Grand Alarms since 2006 and just completed an upgrade to my existing system. The customer service departmentt was very helpful and knowledgeable and within 5 days my upgrade was complete. The technician was very professional and polite; provided me with complete details of the upgrade and left me once again with a comfort level that my house was protected. I would not hesitate to recommend Grand Alarms.

Installation of my new system was quick & professional. Customer service response is amazing. Loving the new app technology integrated with my system. I was very satisfied with the security product that was installed in my home. Grand Alarms staff was professional and courteous and their monitoring service has been exceptional in capturing at least one potential break-in within the first week of deploying the service. I would definitely refer their service to anyone who would want to have piece of mine while they are in or away from their home.
