The first installed did not do a good job with the placement of the keypad and motion sensor. I gave them a quick call and they promptly sent another installer to fix it. Now its perfect and I love it! The chime of the keypad isn't very loud. That's my only negative of the whole experience.

We recently bought Alarm system from Mary Spadafina, Mary provided us all the subscription options with Alarm system to choose, and we finally decide to go with 3 years subscription with affordable rate of $25/month , and she was able to accommodate motion detectors for couple of extra door/balcony plus four months of free subscription. We also upgraded the display screen to the bigger touch screen display at good rate offered by Mary. Mary has good knowledge of the products, excellent customer service skill and well organized. thank you!

In my previous home I had used Grand Alarm Monitoring Service so when I moved I felt I would have them do the install in my new home. Calling head office I was put through to Bav who was both very helpful and courteous. He listened to what I needed, made his recommendations and a contract was set uo have the work done. There was no cost for install, my only cost is my monthly monitoring fee. The install was seamless and very professional. The Technician took his time to explain everything. Highly recommend Grand Alarms. They also offer other services such as central vacuum installation.
