I had the alarm system installed by Grand Alarms for my rental property not long ago. The technician had the system installed before Bell connected the landline phone so he had to come back again to complete the testing with no complaints. Kudos to Amanda who helped me set up the account, she made sure that I have full control of the account and my tenant is only set up as an authorized user. I am very please with the service.
