We have been with grand alarms since 2001 never had a problem and when it came the time to switch my phone from analog to digital I had to have my alarm upgraded. Called in and spoke to Fara she was pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable was able to provide me with a GSM system that will work my alarm through wireless communication. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you Fara

I have Grand Alarm security services for over 13 years, I am very pleased with the security service, I remember in most Spring, I would like to go to the back yard and I would forget the alarm is on and surely the alarm went off when I opened the door to the back yard, within five minutes, I would receive a call from Grand Alarm to ask if everything is okay and if I was the home owner and do I have my pass code number, this makes us feel very secure, Recently I had an issue, I spoke with Fara, she was listening to what I said, offer her apology on behalf of the company , she made me feel that I am a important loyal customer , apologized on behalf of Grand alarm and start looking at solutions for my issue. and that Grand Alarm appreciates my business, she was very helpful in answering my concerns.

i have my home alarm and monitoring system with Grand Alarms since Oct 2010. Yesterday, when i called grand alarms, Fara (rep) helped me a great deal. She was very polite and accomodating to me requests. I do not have any problems with the reps or grand alarms. They offer best reliable service all the time.

I set up a new home's alarm system with Grand Alarms Ltd., and the representative FARA had good knowledge about this and provided good suggestions. Grand Alarms had an affordable price and provide a GSM service.

Mary at Built-in Technology provided us with the needed information and product details. she offered suggestions and showed samples of the products they were selling (ex. sound systems, monitoring devices, etc.). she was punctual and spent adequate time discussing our interests and needs.

The information I was given was most valuable, Fara is a knowledgeable representative, professional and attentive! She went through all the details, offering me solutions at a great price.
