I contacted Grand Alarms to have a system installed at my home.The sales rep was very informative and helpful and I was able to choose a very secure system with extra features to properly protect my home and property. When the installation techdnician came he was very courtious and professional, everything was expertly set up and tested and the monitoring of the system has been surpassed my high standards.

I wanted to change my home phone provider. Fara from Grand Alarm was very helpful and provided me with a list of supported VoIP providers that works with the alarm. She was very quick to answer my questions. Also when I requested a new alarm panel to be installed for a new door, the installation was scheduled quickly. When I accidentally triggered the alarm, Grand Alarm calls us promptly and the guys are always nice and polite.
