Great service from all employees of this company. Whenever I called, they resolved instantly. One time my vacuum cleaner was not working, their service guy replaced the part immediately. I really appreciate their great service.

We decided to upgrade our Alarm system, which included a skybell doorbell. I had someone call the same day to set it up. We were having some issues with the internet and setting it all up. The lady on the other line was very patient with everything, and we both decided to continue the next day. She called promptly the next morning, but to no avail, it still didn’t work. As it turns out, I decided to give it a go on my own and it worked!! When I called her back, she was extremely courteous and apologetic for it not working. I am happy to have dealt with such courteous and patient staff!

It has been over a year now and I am glad that I joined the grand alarm. I feel safer now and I would recommend it to my friends and family

Grant Alarm provide good and prompt services. Our alarm was completely broken in past Sunday, after 15 years of usage. By Tuesday it's all fixed with upgraded new products without any extra costs. Thanks for Sudi who helped with all the arrangements and Rick, the technician. Both are very nice and professional.

I have been with Grand Alarms for over 12 years. I’ve had no issues with them. Recently, received a new smart home product with them. Hard to comment as it’s only been a day but so far so good. Overall everyone has been nice and service has been good.
