I use the system for four years and had no problem so far. The monitoring works great, easy to contact and communicate. It's reasonable monthly rate to be sure your home is protected.

Contacted the company, quick response with a couple of quotes with different options. Discussed our needs and how they can accommodate. They worked with us to address our concerns. Great customer service with good knowledge of product and service.

I have been a Grand Alarms customer for over 12 years and am extremely happy with the service I have received. On the rare occasion that there has been a problem with the alarm system, they have been very helpful to try to test it over the phone or have sent a technician right away. They have contacted me right away if they have noticed any issues with the phone signal as well. Any service calls have been covered under my contract. I would recommend this company.

We have used grad alarm for more than ten years, and the price is reasonable and the service is excellent. A few years ago, we have a break-in, so we decided to add camera in our existing system, when we told the customer service the situation, they response quickly and finished job in 2 days, given us a peace of a mind.

Installation technician came ontime. Finished all work within time frame, and was nice enough to explain how to setup the system and guide us thru the steps. Happy with the installation overall.

Alarm system installation has been done but we didn't receive clear instruction on the usage and don't know where the GSM monitor location ($6 GSM is included in my package). The installation worker was very impatient to answer customer's questions. However another lady is an excellent staff who explained in detail about my package and sent me professional email. I wish Grand Alarms can have more staff like the lady who can offer the professional services to the customers with passion.

Technician promptly came at established time, he installed the door bell as this was happening grand alarm technical support called to set up the system. the technician was very good at explaining the down load of the application, and upon doing so the camera door bell was running!

I called Grand Alarms about changing my pre-authorized payment information. I was greeted by a friendly representative who not only address my current need right away, the representative identified another potential issue that both my wife and I were having with our codes and she rectified that issue right away as well.
