I bought a house from greenpark and i was very satisfied with Grand Alarms Ltd staff and more than that is dealing with Mary spadafina, she had the best attitude for customer service even if you werent thinking of buying anything, you will buy it after talking with her, shes outgoing, energetic, smiley and helpful with very excellent advices and shes very well recommended.

Grand Alarm was very infomative. The answered all my questions and worked with us in getting exactly what we need. I love the motion sensor and the fact that you can identify what door/window is opened from the convenience of your panel. Amy was great and Amanda was very helpful. Looking forward to adding more features once we get familiar with the basic alarm.

I spoke with Melinda in Customer Service and discussed our Grand Alarm Term was now complete. Melinda was very friendly and offered to lower our Monthly Rate with a Full Warranty on all items we have purchased as long as we continue with Grand Alarms . She was very helpful and polite. We have extended the service for 3 more years with Grand Alarms. .

We have been with Grand Alarms for nearly nine years. Last week we requested a battery replaced but it never showed as promised. We then contacted Grand Alarms to find out the status of the battery, Melinda in Customer Service was on the line. She is friendly, and knowledgeable with the services offered at Grand Alarms. We are pleased to renew our services with Grand Alarms.

Grand Alarms contacted us through our builder for a construction home appointment. Mary met with us twice; both times was very helpful with informing us what is appropriate for our new home. We were pleased with the prices and customer service.

this company contacted us through our builder. our first appointment we were to meet with one of the reps, she didnt show up, when we called she told us she was in Brampton and won't be able to meet with us and wanted to reschedule after we were already at the office waiting, rushing there from work. another rep ended up taking us. she was somewhat helpfull but failed to tell us that we needed a home line to set up the alarm. I have not yet had my contact with them, hope i am happy with the service.

I was looking for a Home Security Monitoring service and found Grand Alarms based on some reviews here. I have to say that the reviews were spot one...the service has been great to date and the response time when the alarm is triggered (whoops!) is very fast. I am very pleased with the service and feel very safe with Grand Alarms monitoring my home.

I quoted and researched numerous alarm companies for my home as well as my buisness. These guys have a decent price, but more importantly, the service and technical staff were infallible. This was important to me as the last company I dealt with sent out what looked like teenagers to my place of business and I just did not get a good feeling. When they sent a tech guy to run wires in my home I didn't hear about any problems. Just in and out, and job was clean with no mess whatsoever. My advice to anyone looking for either cameras or an alarm, GO WITH WHOEVER IS MOST PROFESSIONAL!! for me, my family and friends, that is grand alarms.

Mary S. from Built In Technology gave us a lot of information on an alarm system which we ended up purchasing. She was most patient with us, answered all our questions and took the time and effort to service our needs. One of the nicest sales rep we've dealt with. Great customer service!
