I have been with Grand Alarm for over 5 years. My most recent interaction was with Amanda Powar where I needed to make some minor changes to my system. Amanda quickly email the step-by-step instructions to me, allowing me to perform this changes at any time. Quick, smart, to-the-point customer service.

My experience with Grand Alarms has been great ever since I went to set up my new account, the sales representative Jacqueline Lublin (Jacky) was very knowledgable. After we move in, Amanda Powar contacted me for getting the alarm installe, she was especially helpful in arranging my installation date, she is very friendly to answer all of my questions. I am very happy with Grand Alarms.

Grand Alarms was suggested company from our new home builder. From the start, the sales rep was willing to meet us on weekend in the office to accomodate our busy schedule. It was very pleasant experience to start with. As the closing of the house approaching, the follow up was very smooth, and I was able to arrange the installation on time. Amanda was able to follow up with me and arranged the schedule as requested. She was very professional and accomodating to answer all of my questions. I was very pleased with her customer service. Alarm installation was completed without any hassles, and the job was done very professionally. Overall, I am satisfied with Grand Alarms, and I will certainly recommend to anyone.

I signed up with Grand Alarms when I purchased my new home. Overall, I am happy with their service. I've had a few false alarms and was notified. A few things that they could improve upon is: 1. Customer Service -- they don't always provide a consistent service and answers. 2. Be open and clear about the customer not owning any of the equipment even after the contract is over.

Grand Alarms was recommended by our developer for our new house. We received excellent customer service when we went to their office to set up the account. But when we had problems with billing (we changed our credit card to a new one), it took 3 months for them to charge our bill to the right credit. We sold our house recently and had to cancel the account and the process was smooth with not issues. Overall, I would recommend this company.

Recently I had this opportunity to have experience with Grand Alarms Company. The customer service representative was Amanda which she was polite and very helpful on the phone for arranging the appointment. My schedule was very tight however she arranged a proper day and time. I was very satisfied with Amanda and also with installation technician.

The Vaughan location was great. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up my alarm system. The installer was very professional and was efficient during the set up. Angela and Amanda were very helpful with giving me all the information I needed to make my decisions.
