I've had the pleasure of meeting Bav Patel from Grand Alarms, and I am completely satisfied with the product quality and selection of services provided. As this has been my second home, I already have had previous experiences with several of the more household name home alarm companies. Bav Patel has by far topped them all with his extensive knowledge of the product, and his accommodating nature towards fulfilling my families personal needs. I will certainly recommend Bav Patel from Grand Alarms to friends and family, as their home security consultant.

We had a trouble in Phone line communication with GRAND ALARM, our Alarm service provider last weekend. This is some sort of annoying as it triggered monitoring calls. I called Fara for service support. She is so knowledgeable and patient to help me sort out the problem. I am so happy with the service she provided.

We have been happy customers of Grand Alarms for 2.5 yrs. Recently I lost my wallet and Fara from Grand Alarms helped me sort out the invoice and get my account set back up. She was very helpful and courteous.

I spoke with Melinda in Loyalty Dept. She was very helpful in reviewing our Grand Alarms account & was understanding to my needs, After talkig to her, I have decided to continue the Monitoring Services for my property.

Very happy with Bav Patel and Grand Alarms and their prompt service. Have had the system for 5 years now and thankfully no glitches to report. Also, when alarm does go off, which it did the other day, received a prompt call from the monitoring station. Highly recommended , and just signed another 3 year contract extension for monitoring services.

Bav Patel from Grand Alarms was incredibly helpful with his knowledge and expertise when it came to instaling our home alarm system. Grand Alarm installed an alarm system in my new house. Amanda Powar was my contact and she ensured everything went smoothly and without a hitch. The technician from Grand Alarm came to our house and spent almost 8 hours in doing the installation, being very meticulous in ensuring everything was done properly and correctly. Before asking us to sign for work completion, the technician ensured the system was running flawlessly by running several tests. The final step of the installation was for the technician to give us training on the use of the alarm, which was done professionally and patiently -- we went over the procedure several times until we knew exactly what needed to be done to arm and disarm the alarm. Many thanks for a job well done!!

I've been with Grand Alarms for about eight years now. Always great service. Just recently had to change my pre-authorized payment and it was all done in minutes and all done through email. Impressive service again!
