Perfection they have shown in their field of expertise in my Home. The matter was handled by Ms Mary Sapdafina very professionally. I am really impressed with their staff who handles customers proficiently.

We bought our first home in dec 2012 and at that time grand alarms installed our home alarm and central vacuum. Any prOblems we had was solved with our great satisfaction .

We're getting everything all ready including the alarm system & central vacuum for our new house, Mary's very helpful and patient in answering our questions and make sure that everything is pretty clear at every point. She gave us some very helpful advice, price is reasonable. She knows what's suitable for each homes and families.

Spoke with Melinda in Customer Service as I received a missed call... Melinda reviewed the notes on my Account & noted that we require a battery replacement for the alarm panel and provided the address and business hours in which to pick up our battery and followed up with an email as a reminder.... When we moved from Mississauga to Oakville we were very impressed with the service we got from Day 1. We did not have to pay a penatly for moving even though we had 2 years left on our existing contract and our account representative Amanda Powar was able to go over above to help out. When the rep arrived he was very professional, hooked up the system in no time and walked me through eveything so I was comfortable operating the system before he left. I would reccomend Grand Alarms to all my family and friends, infact I had my inlaws swiched over from their existing alarm company to Grand Alarms.

We have purchased Grand Alarms home alarm back in 2008 when we bought our first house. What we got is more than 4 years of glitch free home alarm system and great service when we set it off by mistake a few times. When we needed a service call we spoke to Amanda Powar and she provided an outstanding customer service, by treating this as a priority and scheduled the technician the next day. All in all great service!

I have purchased a home alarm and central vaccum systems with Grand alarm; a call was received from Amanda to schedule for the installation. She assisted to book the appointment for a weekend morning to fit my tight schedule. Besides that, she explained clearly on the procedures and also recommended the garage door openers. I have sent some questions through e-mail after the phone conversation, Amanda replied to me promptly and professionally. I am impressed with her service and looking forward to trying their products.
