When we moved into our newly built townhousein 2009, I had never heard before about Grand Alarms. The installation was free of charge and since them we never experienced any technical problems. From the sales person to the people monitoring our alarm or the billing department, each one was professional, polite and curteous. The staff are very diligent and responsive as they regularly contact us to test the alarm for instance. And, best of all, they gave us peace of mind. Through that experience, we learnt that we are better off dealing with a local company like Grand Alarms as they care and appreciate their clients every time we deal with them.

Dealt with Elise from Grand Alarms, she was professional and demonstrated excellent Product Knowledge. I was pleased to have been granted more than one appointment so as to obtain all information and she worked diligently to secure the best possible price for us. Thanks Elise,

I've been searching for a good alarm system to install in my new home. I was having some difficulty in installing the system in my new home due to the location that my new home is built in. Liz Aversa was very helpful in explaining the way the system will work in my home. Everytime I called and had questions she was very nice and accomodating and answered all my questions.

We are Grand Alarms customers for the past 5 years and are happy with our choice in securing our home with Grand Alarms. I have just Renewed our Grand Alarms Service and Melinda in Customer Service was helpful in offering Renewal Options and co-ordinating the Technician to come to our home to install new hardware and provide a full system check and testing to the Monitoring Station

They company was very helpful with advice when we had gone in to select the unit, they made recommendations and we felt comfortable. The staff is very knowledgable about the prodcuts and services. They have been great to deal with.

I wish to express my sincere gratitude for Amanda's excellent customer service. My wife and I called a few time at first, to clarify our account, and then to order extra parts to our new central vacuum cleaner, and to go over the proper usage of the machine. Amanda quickly clarified our account thoroughly, and got a technician to call us for the central vac. He went over the features of the machine carefully, and patiently, and he was very helpful. We love our central vac! Next week, when we have the alarm installed, we are confident that if we should call Amanda for support, all our concerns will be addressed properly, professionally, and pleasantly. Grand Alarms did a fabulous job in installing a new security system in our home. Fabulous! And I will further shout out anyone looking for a new security system go with "Grand Alarms". The team made it on time, 4:00pm as promised, picked up all the calls and were able to deliver there services in an effective manner. And that's what I call a dedicated and reliable company. I definitely recommend them.

Today I was updating my home insurance policy and needed to call Grand Alarms for some info on our system. I spoke to Melinda who was so helpful and friendly and received the information I needed minutes. It is great to be able to receive this kind of customer support and makes me extremely happy to continue to be a longtime customer.
