I work with Amanda of Grand Alarm. Initially she was very helpful; I did not get the service promise to me as we had different expectation of the final product. I would like Grand Alarm to ensure customer is provided in detail of the product as oppose to a package deal and the details verbally discussed as it leads to misunderstanding and disappointment

We had a great experience with Grand Alarms. The staff offered us coffee/tea from the time we walked in and they also had a play place set up for kids which I liked cause it kept my 1 year old occupied the whole time. Mary was very helpful and patient and she gave us suggestions and different options for the set up in our new house. In the end, we decided to purchase some products and signed up for the alarm which they offered at a reasonable price.

Thanks for Amanda Powar and all the staffs in Grand Alarms Inc. It is the first time I use this company and they have a good follow up service such as confirm appointment , reminder and detail invoice follow up. The contractors that they sent to my home for the installation such as remote control of garage door, central vacummn and alarm system are very professional. They explained very detail to us how to use these system. The staffs are very patience to handling customers question. It is very important for the follow up service and customer service in the long run if the company wants to be in the business. I will recommand to my friends in the future.
