    Alarm system beeping after power outage was restored.

    Spoke with Malinda in customer service. She assisted with instructions to reset my alarm system. Malinda called back after the reset to confirm that beeping and the yellow alarm sign had cleared. I am pleased with the service from Grand Alarms and would recommend to friends and family. Thank you Ashfaq Alhaq Stouffville.

    Alarm System

    Hi, Amanda Powar from Grand Alarms, It was such a pleasure to talk to you today! We have been with Grand Alarms now for 3 years and we couldnt be happier with our choice. Our renewal was up this month and there wasn't another company that would best suit our needs! The price is fantastic and custumer service is amazing, Each and everyone of you want their customers to be happy and that is true!! Thank you again for all your help!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Incorrect billing charge

    Melinda in Customer Services quickly looked up my account and figured out why I had an incorrect charge to it. She adjusted my account to reflect the correct charge. I am quite satisfied with the service I received and the manner in which the fault was rectified.

    EVERYTHING! ... alarm, cent vac, built-in speakers, grg door

    The best customer service I have received in a loooong time. I spoke with Amanda and Stefan, they were extremely courteous and went out of their way to find the products that I NEEDED. They recommended the correct products and did not try to upsell me. We corresponded several times via telephone and email to ensure appointment dates and correct products. I am extremely happy with the products, sales service, and after-sales service of the alarm system and would definitely recommend them. Overall a very well run company!

    Scheduling Alarm

    I am extremely satisfied with the service provided at Grand Alarm. Being a first time home buyer and moving into a new home, there are many things you have to take into consideration, delays in different services and products being delivered, etc. However, going with Grand Alarm has helped give me peace of mind when it comes to home security. The representative (Amanda Powar) from Grand Alarm was extremely helpful in getting my alarm system setup on time and ease the transition of the move into my new home. I would definitely recommend Grand Alarm for your home security needs.

    Grand alarms

    Thank you Melinda for the AMAZING Customer Service at Grand Alarms today! You clearly and calmy explained the Invoice charges to me and were understanding towards my needs as a customer. I would not hesitate to recommend Grand Alarms to my family & friends. Even though my kids were crying you patiently stayed on the phone. Thanks so much

    Home Alarm System

    Installation of new alarm system

    I have used Grand Alarms for many years in several of my homes and have always been completely satisfied with their service. As we sold our last home recently, I arranged to have Grand Alarms move the service to our new house and install a new system. Due to my work schedule, I required a Saturday appointment. No Problem. Their technician, George, arrived as promised on the Saturday of the Canada Day long weekend to install the system. This most pleasant fellow proceeded to set-up the system. He was very courteous and knowledgable. He did encounter some problems due to mistakes made by the builder and the builder's pre-wiring, but he worked relentlessly to correct these errors. He was successful. He even commented "I am not leaving until this job is complete!". He took great care not to damage our new floors with his ladder and cleaned up quite well. Once the system was installed, he tested it with the alarm centre and then proceeded to give me detailed instructions on using the new system. George is a fine example of the people who work for Grand Alarms. I must also comment on the office staff, who were most helpful in arranging this installation. I would recommend Grand Alarms highly and look forward to many more years of their fine service.

    Alarm system installation

    Amanda Powar @ Grand Alarms Ltd. : Overall experiences are good. Techinican who instlaled the system was professional. He was able to help us figure out the best way to arrange the wiring and tel. setting ( i am using one of these IP phones). Customer service was good as well, as i had re-schedule the service a few times, they were able to accomadate at last minute.
