We bought security system from Grand Alarms and we really appreciate the great service that was offered. We really felt safe with grand alarms. It is very important that we have all the security mechanisms in place at our home. Especially with all the things that are happening around the world. With grand alarms , you would be worry free!

we bought security system from grand alarms. i have been dealing with shiela regarding scheduling of alarm system in my house . she is extremely polite and cooperative. Today I had my alarm installed and spoke with Melinda in Customer Service she was helpful in listening and finding a solution to my inquiry.

My experience with Grand Alarms was extremely positive. I bought a home from Roseheaven homes and it was my very first time buying a home. I required a lot of guidance when it came to selecting the right products for my home. The representative Mary Spadafina made us feel extremely comfortable with all the technicalities and was able to offer us lots of advice and alternatives listing the pros and cons of the different options available. She was such a memorable person that even a year later, i remember the patience and guidance she provided us with. Our house has finally finished building and during the installation process she is available and continues to guide us and help us with all the questions that we have. I am extremely satisfied with the product quality and pricing that grand alarms was able to offer us. It is definitely a company i would refer to my friends and family and they will surely be the company I will use in my next home.

Stay away from this company! Terrible customer service! Heaven forbid you need to talk to Farah! Her Attitude so bad, she hardly let's you get a word in. I admit this review is sent in anger but that does not change the fact that is is the staff of this company who has made me angry!

Great customer service with Grand Alarms's representative Fara. She was very accommodating in my request which I need something changed for my insurance company. Very efficient and very fast. Same day changes was made. Great.
