We bought a home from Country Homes. Recently we had an appointment with Mary (sales rep.) at Built In Technology. She welcomed us and guided us in the services we were looking for. She spent a lot time helping us to decide what we needed. After we looked over the offers, she made a good deal. Overall, we are impressed by their work and effort they do to make their customers happy. We definitely recommend Grand Alarms/Built In Technology for their products and services.

We'd like to thank Mary from Grand Alarms for assisting us with the set up of our home alarm, central vac, garage door opener, and media wiring. We're pleased with the quality of the work throughout the home and the value we got for our money.

We bought a Town home from Aspen Ridge in Brampton. Their cabling (power, telephones,internet) was done through Grand Alarms. When we got there, we meet with the Mary (Sales Rep). She was very friendly and helped us select the requirements we needed for our new home. She spent a lot of time explaining the different options, costs and benefits. In the end, we select what we needed without feeling pressured. She was a great help and would recommend the company and her services to others.

My family is small and three of us go to work so, I plan to install Alarm for safety reason. When I was talking with one of the representative in Green Park Builder, she was recommended Grand Alarms for me. Moreover, I checked other Alarms companies for the price and service compared to Grand Alarms, but Grand Alarm’ price is much better than others and Grand Alarm’s customer service is wonderful. Also, I want to mention that, the guy came over to install the Grand Alarm is very nice person. He had done a great job with faster service. He provided all the information and how to function the system. Moreover, the next day my house phone wasn’t work probably so, Grand Alarm wasn’t working either. I did not know what he problem actually so, I called from my cell phone to Grand Alarm and find out that was my home phone line had problem. They provided me the service was really amazing I didn’t expect that, really thank you for this.

I have to say this was an absolutely spectacular experience. I do not often write reviews for companies but these guys deserve it. I used to be in a similar industry so I am extremely picky about the quality of installations. I inspected every last detail of this installation and it was flawless. I would definitely recommend these guys to family and friends! The other thing that I liked was that they were extremely punctual. There is nothing more frustrating than wondering when an install guy is going to show up only to have him show up at the end of a four hour window. They called before ths install and gave me a very small window and he showed up right on time! Keep up the great work!

Recently I closed a few account to save some banking charges and didnt realize that the monthly payment for the alarms came from it. So I received a notice in the mail stating that there were NSF in my account which was closed. I contacted the customer service rep named Sheila immediatley once receiving the notice and the issue was resolved immediatly over the phone. Just want to say thanks again to Sheila, she was very helpful and made the process very simple to create a new pre-authorized account.

I have been with Grand Alarms for the last 5 years. The service was excellent. We have many false alarms and they were always nice and professional. Lately, I deal with Amanda Powar. She is very helpful and very professional. She offer me to extend 3 years contracts with many deals that I cannot decline. I am very happly with Grand Alarms Services and recommend them to anyone that I know.

Grand Alarms contacted me when I purchased my new home over a year ago, They offered me a $100.00 dollars for my whole package that included installation, and i would get my 100.00 back in 4 monthly installments of 25.00 for the first 4 months. I was quite pleased with their service, they called the day my house closed to setup an appoinment to install my home alarm. They were very proferssional and did a great job with the installation. I contacted Shiela McHugh from Grand Alarms in regards to an advertisement that dropped on my door steps a few weeks ago of free home monitoring for 6 months, I contacted Shiela to inquire because I felt I was entitled to this as their new customer. Shiela said she would find out from her manager and contact me back the same day, which she did. Unfortunately she told me her manager could not do it for me becuase of the great package that I got, I figured fair is fair and it wouldnt hurt to ask . I was very appreciative of Sheila calling me back, and at least trying for me. She took the time to explain how my billing would work, and offered me some other services that i could think about for the future. She was very pleasant to talk to and provided excellent customer service. Job Well Done. Overall I was very pleased with Grand Alarms.

We recently met with Mary, a service consultant from Grand Alarm for installing alarm equipment, and telephone / TV outlets for our new home. We were completely satisfied with the consultation and we found Mary to be friendly and knowledgeable. Finally, we were able to get the TV and phone outlets in the most convenient locations. Since our first impression with Grand Alarms was positive and the pricing was competitive , we signed up with them for the service.
