Grand Alarms Ltd is very prompt at services. I deal with Amanda Power and she is a very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who wishes to install the alarm system.

I am a long time customer of Grand Alarm and have been happy with service they provided. My monitoring contract was up for renewal and I spoke with Silvana Russo in Customer Services who was extremely helpful and friendly. She explains different options to me and helps me choose the right plan that fits my needs. Thanks Silvava for all your help. You are a valiable asset to the company.

I've been with Grand Alarm since I purchased my new home back in 2006. They were the company who had the agreement with the builder to provide the rough-in for the security system for my home. The purchase of the system was spread over the initial 5 years which was lumped into the monitoring fees and the rates were reasonable. Now that the initial 5 year is up, all it took was a call to Silvana Russo at customer service and she promptly renew me for a lower monitoring rates (since my system is now paid for) for the next 3 years. The people I dealt with at Grand Alarm were always courteous and helpful. The only issue I have is that the monitoring station did not pick up a couple of false alarms I had in the past 5 years.

Our experience with Grand Alarm has been top-notch thus far. Mary, our representative, assisted us from the very beginning and provided valuable suggestions as to where to place our cable and telephone outlets. She was very friendly and was understanding towards any questions or concerns that we had. Mary was very polite, funny, professional and very easy to get along with. Awesome work Mary and Grand Alarms!

I would like to thank Amanda Power for her superior customer service. Originally, I was supposed to have my alarm and garage door opener installation appointment on the same day (the day after the closing date of my house). However, due to some technical difficulty, particularly with my home phone set-up, I had to re-schedule my alarm installation appointment. When I contact Amanda, she was very friendly, responsive, and understanding. She was able to accommodate to have the technician come over to my house to set up my garage door opener on the original date. She was also able to re-schedule my alarm installation appointment. Before each appointments, I would receive a follow-up confirmation from her. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I have received from Amanda and the technicians for the garage door/alarm installation.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Grand Alarms Ltd. Getting ready to move into our new home I was very overwhelmed with the amount of things I had to follow up with prior to closing. I was fortunate enough to have Amanda at Grand Alarms efficiently answer all my questions and book my appointments for setting up my services. I would highly recommend Grand Alarms Ltd to other home buyers looking to install these services/products their prices are reasonable and their customer service is exceptional.

My monitoring term was up for Renewal & I spoke with Melinda in Customer Service who was helpful in clarifying the Terms of my Grand Alarms Renewal. Melinda followed up with an email outlining the terms and special offers made to me. Overall she did an excellent job that motivated me to keep the services with GrandAlarm. Good Job......keep it up.

The customer servivces are great. I called Amanda Powar back to re-schedule my installation appointment for my home alarms system and she was more than willing to re-schedule it without any fuzz. She even reminded me to schedule my appointment for installing the garage door opener and central vaccuum system which I have also purchased with Grand Alarms Ltd. The flexibility and put customer first attitude in their services do earn them a recommendation to anyone who are looking for good and reliable services.

Called Grand Alarms today to inquire about my Grand Alarms Agreement. I spoke with Melinda in Customer Service who was pleasant and answered all of my questions. Melinda was helpful in explaining the Renewal Process and advised that my monthly rate will be reduced and promotional hardware upgrades will be offered. I am happy with Grand Alarms and would recommend to friends and family!
