We have been dealing with Grand Alarm for over 3 years and have been greatful for there service. We have just renewed our contract with Silvana. At Grand Alarm she was very helpful in offering different options and answering the questions I had. Keep up the great work!

Amanda Powar from Grand Alarms Inc. has provided me great service from beginning to end. She answered all my questions prior to our alarm system installation and gave me serveral phone call as reminder of upcoming installation day. Amanda is friendly and willing to get back to my questions as soon as she can. Grand Alarms' service technician is also very friendly and make sure we want the keypad/motion sensor at the exact location we wanted.

I am a client of Victoria & Amy. We are in the process of setting up an alarm in my new home. Our purchase of the system is spread over the 3 years and includes monitoring fees. Our rates are very good. Recently, I spoke with Amy regarding having an extra motion detector to be added in our basement. We also purchased a central vacuum system which they are also installing for us. We are very excited to be dealing with Grand Alarms and just as excited to be moving into our new home.

Called Grand Alarms & spoke with Melinda in Customer Service who listened to the details of an incident which occurred with another staff member. Melinda assessed the situation and quickly offered to remedy the situation and offered a solution. I am happy with my dealings with Melinda at Grand Alarms

Not only did they help set-up with an alarm system, but help me create a package that included a central vacuum system and the garage electric door set-up. I am very pleased with the customer support Angela provided us with. It was a 3-in-1, one stop purchase and services. Most of all, we are very pleased with what we got for the price.
