    Home set-up for built-in services

    Every first-time homeowner is in safe hands with Mary. Besides being friendly, she successfully made the decision-making process less overwhelming by offering helpful suggestions thanks to her knowledge and expertise. Rather than being determined to make sales by putting pressure on me, she really took the time to figure out my lifestyle and future plans so as to envision how I would realistically be using my living space, and guided me accordingly. Mary was accomodating in trying to help me visualize my living space (photocopies of the floor plans, showing me the showrooms to get an idea of the dimensions of my rooms) and this helped me determine where to place electrical sockets and other built-in services. I feel confident that the purchases I did end up making were not superfluous but instead suit my budget and needs. Built-in Technology is lucky to have such a personable, helpful sales rep.!

    Home alarm service

    After reviewing my account with Grand Alarms I decided that my service needed updating. Silvana was extremely sensitive to my requests and with some quick thinking provided a solution. Not only was she a pleasure to speak with, she also gave me valuable promotional information that reduced my overall payments. Thank you Silvana and Grand Alarms.

    Alarm System

    We recently purchased an alarm system from Grand Alarms for our new home and have worked with Amanda to coordinate timing for install. I have had to re-schedule and Amanda has been accommodating and helpful along the way. Staff are truly professional on the phone.

    DEAR GRAND ALARMS, FIRST OF ALL I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I AM A FIRST TIME HOME BUYER AND HAVING GRAND ALARMS AS MY SECURITY PROVIDER I HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED BY YOUR SERVICE. RECENTLY I HAVE BEEN GETTING A LOT OF CALLS FROM OTHER SECURITY PROVIDERS OFFERING ME BETTER RATES AND FREE INCENTIVES.EVEN THO I WAS SATISFIED BY GRAND ALARMS .THE OFFERS SEEMED GREAT..AFTER CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SPEAKING TO MELINDA, SHE ADVISED ME OF ALL THE PROS AND CONS OF OTHER PROVIDERS AND REALIZED THAT STAYING WITH GRAND ALARMS WAS MY BEST CHOICE.SHE ALSO SUGGESTED TO CALL BACK AFTER MY TERM WAS UP TO GET BETTER INCENTIVES FROM COMPETITORS..     Home Alarm System

    Our contract will be up for renewal in January. This company is very flexible and we intend to keep this service as being a continuous customer you benefit from some deals. Melinda was extremely helpful the times I've gone in and the only recommendation is if an online payment feature can be added would be great...

    Grand Alarms with Angela Gontier

    The appointment with Angels Gontier went well. She was very helpful and walked us through all the things we needed to do for our new home with Green Park. She also gave suggestions when we were unsure of what to do.

    Our experience with Grand Alarms

    This is our first home with the alarm system and we are very lucky to deal with Grand Alarms. Amanda is really helpful answering all our questions and explaining how the system works. We have rescheduled our installation appointment a few times and she has always been patient and polite. Being a real estate agent I would definitely recommend Grand Alarms to my clients!

    re-connection of home alarm

    I had new doors installed recently and as a consequence the alarm connection of the front doors were disconnected. The next business day after the doors were installed, I contacted Grand Alarms and spoke with customer service representative, Amanda Powar. I advised Amanda that I was seeking alarm reconnection services due to changes to the front door. In a very courteous and expeditious manner, Amanda set up an appointment that was convenient for me with a view of a technical representative being available to reconnect the alarm system. A technician came to my home within 2 days of my call to Grand Alarm and I am pleased to say that the alarm service is operational. Thank you Amanda Powar for your professionalism and I also thank the technician. Mr. Dickenson

    Home Alarm

    Spoke with Melinda Luckasavitch regarding changing landline service to VoIP Internet Service, Melinda was helpful in explaining the VoIP would require the settings to be adjusted by the VoIP Provider and a service technician would be required to adjust the modem. We are happy with our Grand Alarms service & would recommend to our family & friends.
