I really like their service, the sales are nice and the office are great. The monthy payment is kind of expensive. Let's hope it worth it. The salesperson, explain everything very detail, and she is very helpful and give a lot of recommandations.

Our experience with Grand Alarms was exceptionally. We bought a new home with CountryWide in Markham and is directed to Grand Alarms for new home planning. Mary at Grand Alarms walked us through and provide advice on the phone jack and cable outlet placement based on our need. She also provided a proposal for security system that makes sense. She explained everything to us clearly and patiently, and applied absolutely no sales pressure that we are confident that we made a good educated decision. We couldn't be happier with the process and highly recommend Mary. Thanks!

My experience as grand alarms was very exceptional. Jacqueline was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable dealing with grand alarms. Even on subjects i was unsure about or did not understand she was helpful in describing them to me so that my decision was easier to make.

Based on a recommendation, we had a Grand Alarms system installed in our home and are pleased with the service. Bav Patel was extremely efficient and professional in helping us to resolve a recent issue with the alarm system and providing us with the required information. We recently moved into our new house and a lot of things to do. Amanda from Grand Alarms has been really nice following up with our alarm system installation. I have rescheduled at least 4 times for the installation due to my timing issues but Amanda is always so helpful and very politely reminding us. Finally we have the system installed today! Thanks! Have been a customer with Grand Alarms/Deluxe Alarms for almost 6 years, been very happy with service and quality of the equipment installed when i first purchased my home. Was looking at my renewal options and spoke to Melinda in Customer Service department and was able to get a great rate that will save me both over my original cost and over competitor's costs that I shopped around for. They also provided several renewal options with some new equipment options that I could add to my system and have the costs integrated into my renewal price. Great service that will save me a few hundred dollars

Melinda at Grand Alarms customer service was helpful in setting up an appointment to switch the alarm monitoring from a landline to VoIP. There was an error in setting up the original appointment, however Melinda promptly corrected it and the technician arrived to complete the work in a timely manner.
