I am with Grand Alarms Company for 7 years. I deal with an Associate name Melinda who providews excellent customer service and seems very pleasant person. I think Melinda is an esset for this company.

Upon installation of my home alarm system, the technician also worked efficiently and was very helpful in showing me how to use my new system on a daily basis. I was introduced to Amanda Powar from Grand Alarms when I purchased my new home and she contacted me to arrange the installation date. I found Amanda extremeley courteous and willing to go out of her way to help me with any questions and concerns I had. The products delivered to me were excellent and I am extremely happy with the service and the products that I purchased from Grand Alarms and Amanda Powar. I contacted Amanda again just recently because during the move I had misplaced some paperwork and she was more than willing to provide me with copies and did so immediately. Thanks Amanda and Grand Alarms for a smooth transition into my new home.

She was very informative and helpful. She was able to answer all my inquiry and she was very patient to listen to all my concern on the alarm system. The gentleman who came out to set up the system was professional, patient and explained everything to me in detail and didn't leave until all my questions were answered and I felt confident with my new system. Melinda was professional in handling the updates as well as sensitive in offering suggestions regarding further updates. I found the team at Built-in Tecnology to be very effecient and professional. Very soon after our arrival to the office, my husband and I were offered a hot beverage which eventually I accepted. ( refreshing). Mary ensured that we were comfortable and unrushed whilst we made far-reaching decision regarding our recent home purchase.
