    Alarm Installation

    We were referred to Grand Alarms by a friend whom has been very pleased with their ongoing service over the past year and I must say I too am impressed with the service offered throughout the installation process. The technician sent to our house was confronted with a few technical challenges but he took the time (an extra 2+ hours) to figure it out and come to a suitable conclusion. Additionally, Amanda Powar from the customer service desk has provided very prompt and friendly service each time I have spoken to her regarding our installation. Thanks to you both.

    Alarm Installation

    I spoke to Amanda Powar at Grand Alarm regarding my invoice. My copy had one dollar amount and the technician had a different balance due upon installaion. Whan I called Grand Alarm I was frotunate enough to get Amanda. She explained in detail each charge. She was very pleasant to speak to and she made everything make sence. I would say this has been one of the best experiences with a customer service rep. Thank you Amanda Powar

    Grand Alarm

    Melinda Luckasavitch was the rep who helped me when i called yesterday I wanted to know other options towards my Alarm system.She was very professional took the time to understand what i need.The way she spoke and the intrest she showed towards the protection of my house and family i would recommand people go with Grand Alarm.I have had this service for 3 years and i am willing to extend this relationship based on the service i get.Grand alarm seems to be the best company around so far great job

    Alarm Installation

    We have our Alarm System from Grand Alarms for over 10 years.

    I spoke to Fara Fathy, representative at Grand Alarms this morning about our trouble light on the alarm system, she patiently walk me through the steps to fix the trouble light and correct the time on the alarm. She is very friendly and more importantly very knowledgeable compare to the person I spoke to during the summer while our renovation was still going on. I am very satisfy with her services.

    Home Alarm System

    Grand Alarms has been very informative and helpful. They are quick to call as soon as the alarm goes off and very courteous. Fara Fathy has been very professional and knowledgeable any time I have called them. My daughter also has them as her monitoring service provider and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

    Install Home Security System

    Has been a month since Grand Alarm installation took place so far we are happy with customer service and the gentelman who installed the alarm system for us. Amanda she did a great job following up and on seting up the appointments. Thank you Amanda

    Home Security

    I am very happy with the service am getting from Grand Alarms for home security. Here is a good example of it: Spoke to Melinda in Customer Service and informed we installed new doors and required a service technician to come to the house to reinstall contacts on the doors. Melinda scheduled a technician to come to the house for the next business day. I am happy with Grand Alarms

    customer service follow up

    I Spoke to Melinda in Customer Service regarding updating my home phone number and she asked who the service provider was and emailed the VoIP Internet Settings so that i can call the provider of the phone line as well s Melinda scheduled a technician to come to my house to adjust the VoIP Modem and followed up with an email. Thank you Grand Alarms

    Alarm system

    We are a newlyweds who just moved in to our first home a month ago. Thanks to Ms. Amanda Power, who gave us a detailed explanation to the alarm system on how it works and how our home is protected. The installation personnel was also knowledgeable and helpful. We didn't have to wait all day for him to come and the time he took to install everything was just a couple hours. Big thanks to everything!
