Purchasing a house is highly stressful with a lot of items that needs to get done quickly. Dealing with Amanda Powar at Grand Alarms alleviated A LOT of these stress. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and quick to follow up on any issues that I might have. Definitely very satisfied with the level of customer service that I received!

My Fiance and I are First Time Home Buyers, so when it came to the wiring appointment we were a little startled with all the technology. Angela was our wiring consultant and from the day I spoke to her to book our appointment I couldn't wait to meet her - she was so helpful and had such an up beat personality. The day of the appointment she went over everything with us and explained in detail the different packages, alarms, vacuums, camera's etc. Throughout the whole appointment we shared lots of laughter and time went by seamlessly. Melinda was very friendly, she listened and collected the information, repeated all the important facts during the call & followed up with an email for me to confirm the details & forwarded the info to the Administrative Dept. I am happy with Grand Alarms and would recommend to family & friend their services.

i Spoke with Melinda in Customer Service & informed that we would require a service technician to come to our home to reinstall a "contact" on our basement window, Melinda promptly scheduled the service technician to come the following day and followed up with an email confirming the appointment. I am happy with the services provided by Grand Alarms.

I purchased a new house and was contacted by Grand alarms . As this was my first time to install alarm system, I know little about that. However with Amanda Powar's help, i think i got a very good system intalled . She is very helpful and patient.

We purchased a new home and had grand alarms as our alarm system provider but in last one week my phone line had given us problem so many times so I called the call center today and spoke to Melinda, who explained that I dont need any phone line for alarm system and I can sign up for GSM system she explained the benefits of this system and also updated me on the promotion. She explained everything so well that i want to sign up and upgrade my alarm service
