Our outdated condo was in need of a complete overhaul and after visiting Midland Appliances (where we eventually decided to buy the appliances), we asked the saleswoman Sandy if she knew of any good renovating companies. She gave us two names and the minute we contacted Renocon and met Project Manager Milan, we sensed we were on the right track. He told us that he was really proud to have a great contractor working with the company, and by our second meeting, he had invited Bradley to come to our home to take measurements and discuss possible options. We had been researching a few companies, but after this meeting, we knew that our decision was made, and there have been no regrets. Milan was always willing to answer questions promptly and professionally and he put us in touch with with great suppliers with high quality products (Pacific Rim Cabinets and Fontile Kitchen and Bath). Bradley was simply amazing. He and his tradespeople were respectful and very competent. As little issues arose, they were dealt with in a timely and professional manner, and working with him was a delight. We have read and heard about renovating nightmares, but can honestly say that our experience was excellent...fun even. We are extremely pleased with the results and so blessed that we had such a great team working on our renovation.

Purchased an apartment that needed a new bathroom insulted. Hired RENOCON to complete the work and they did an amazing job. Very clean and respectful of my home. Would recommend to my family and friends.

.March 2014 we began a home kitchen/flooring renovation .visited the well stocked, creative Renocon design showroom .were impressed with the enthusiastic manner, skillful advice and fair pricing quotes from Milan, senior project manager .MOST helpful, was his ability, through Renocon, to source and arrange for delivery and/or installation of our materials ( hardwood flooring, quartz countertops, sink/faucet, plumber and tiler) .excellent response to our communications .all work completed with quality, professional expertise on a timely schedule .we give Renocon 10 STARS for helping us achieve just the updated polished kitchen/flooring design look we were after! Recocon really does back up their contract work. We have had problems with the initial installations and they came through for us to right the wrongs ... to the point of replacing the whole floor. We were impressed.

Renocon provides a full service renovation service including consultation and retail showroom. They are professional, efficient and do quality work . They visited our home a number of times prior to our order and were very helpful.

I have to give this company a perfect score as we are very happy about their work. 1st, price is good, they tried to choose most value hardwood instead of break our banks. 2nd, their work is professional and high standard. 3rdly, it was delivered timely. I strongly recommand this company to anyone if you need floor installation.

Overall, I am pretty disappointed with this company. The project manager I was working with was very professional but the contractors were a different story. There was also a few miscommunication incidences. The contractors installed the bamboo flooring decently, and then replaced the baseboards by ripping off the old ones and just nailing on the new ones. They claimed project completion when there were still noticeable gaps between the baseboards and the wall. They also missed a section in the bathroom. I had to contact the company to get the contractors to come back to do the bathroom section as well as caulk the baseboards properly. They were impatient with me when I pointed out the various places that needed touch-ups. And after they left, I noticed large gaps under the newly-installed window ledges. It looked like they had broken off various pieces during the removal and didn't patch them up before attaching the new ledge; I had to patch them up myself. The rest of my renovation plans had to be pushed back more than one week due to waiting for this project to be complete. This is not what I expect from a hired professional renovation company. I would not recommend this company.

When I decided to turn my carpet floors into wooden floors, this location was a great place to start. They did an amazing job with guiding us through the process and giving us expert advice on how to choose the right texture and colour using samples and example images. They were a little behind schedule, but it was worth it because the house looked great afterwards! I highly recommend their professional quality of work!

IInstalled hardwood in a 2 level condo inclluding the stairs. TWe shopped aroiund and they gave us the best price and accommodated our schedule. On time, exact price and excellent installation. Would defintley use agian.
