    Caspian 42 hot tub

We have had an excellent experience with Dynasty Spas. We bought a Caspian 42 hot tub from them last year. The salespeople, the delivery guys, and the management was very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed certain paperwork for our hot tub permit and they got it for me right away. Everything came in perfect, on time and on budget and we are really, really enjoying our hot tub - nearly daily!

    Dynasty Spas Saskatoon

Saskatoon Dynasty Spa, Poor customer service from delivery to warranty work. When delivered they were late, refused to attach the lid even though we had purchased this service. Two years later we had to call because tub was leaking, still waiting over 6 weeks for a call back even though I have called almost every week to know when we will be scheduled in. Finally got a call from Dynasty Spas in Austin Texas in which I found out that they are not responsible for warranty or service work it is the responsibility of the local provider in Saskatoon. Unfortunately the local provider in Saskatoon does not return any phone calls! Called another service technician Friday last week and they arrived on time and fixed the problem within an hour. To add to the frustration, the service technician mentioned that they get a call at least weekly to come fix a Dynasty Spa.

    hot tub

I would have to say that Dynasty Spas has one of the worst service departments I've seen. I have been waiting over 5 weeks for my hot tub to be fixed. The one pump isn't working properly and either is the heater. It's winter time and this is the time of year I love to use it.

    hot tub

The Dynasty spas in Red Deer has got the worst customer sservice available. They are rude and do not return phone calls. Rochelle, the owner is always to busy to talk to a person or call back. We had warrenty claim for a coverin March 2012 and finally got it Sept 2012. after waiting so long, the foam inside the cover became sturated and so heavy it took 2 people to open and finally we couldnt use it. There was always an excuse as to why it was not in. finally in july I was informed 4 weeks and finally got it Sept 22. I would not recommmend purchasing a tub or anything from them.

    Dynasty Spa

Initially the owner seems very nice and knowledgeable however she is never there after the fact and if you do actually get a hold of her she is extremely rude and put off. The other staff members are unknowledgeable and don't seem to care. After reading other reviews I began to regret my purchase for fear of lack of service afterwards. I wish I could say that my fears were unfounded. Since getting the tub it's been a nightmare. Go somewhere else!

Dynasty Spas Calgary & Brent Marshal

After purchasing a 2 year old floor model from Brent Marshal at Dynasty Spas in Calgary... The spa did not hold water! leaked 6-8" a day. 7 service calls and the Dynasty Tech threw in the towel.... Turns out it is really a 5 year old trade in that froze at the previous owners. While trying to get this fixed we have never been treated so poorly by any business ever. Brent Marshal's solution was to give us a smoking deal on a new spa but he would not accept return of the tub he sold us that didn't hold water. (even tho it came with a 2 year warranty) In court now and get this.... Dynasty has 9 other small claims actions on the go!!! Wish we did some reasearch before we bought anything from Dynasty Spas or Brent Marshal.

    Teton 6 man tub

After not being pleased with the results of the warranty call I called the office to express my concerns. We called to get a service call to have the tub serviced and to make sure the pump isn't lagging due to the jets not providing the pressure they have been. We purchased the tub not even a year ago. Firstly, the service person arrives at 7pm at night. Hmmm, in January, what can you see at 7pm at night. Not to mention, didn't even have the correct tools to open the side of the tub. It was very cold out to boot. (we provided the appropriate tool). Finally he opens the side of the tub and takes a look, turns on the jets, and says everything is fine with the size of pump we have, which is 5hp. That was the extent of the warranty call. Gee, I could have done that, open the side and look at the pump, turn on the jets and say everything is fine. Then be happy and collect the service fee plus mileage. I really think the people who own the tub should know if their tub is in good working order or not, considering they are the ones that use it the most. The warranty person says there is nothing wrong with the pump/jets for the size of the pump it is. Well we know the tub had more pressure coming out of the jets than what they do now (which would indicate an issue with the pump and or the jets, I would think but I could be mistaken seeing I am not a tub tech). We certainly can not seat 4 ppl in our tub, let alone 6, which is what it is rated for, and have good jet pressure. We have to turn half of the jets off to get good pressure for just the two of us. When we first got the tub and for a long time after, the jets would put out a strong pressure that we would turn them down because they were to hard to sit and take the pressure on your back/legs etc. Now we have to turn pressure to one half of the tub to get decent pressure and still not to where it was approx 4 months ago. The individual at the office of Dynasty Spas Red Deer, was rude and very abrupt. She asks you questions and then blatantly interrupts and doesn't listen to what you are saying. Then calls the service guy and listens to his story (which is fair)then calls me back and tells me what I already know, what the service guy had said. They do not offer any other suggestions except say, "there is nothing we can do" and "what else would you like us to do". Really I would like to see an effort put forth to see if anything could be going wrong. Like examining the pump and jets, and how about saving the call until you can take a better look, like in daylight. That might help. I will definitely never, never, never recommend Dynasty Spas to anyone and the individual who answers the phone in Red Deer should find another career because customer service definitely isn't her thing. This has to be one of the worse customer service experiences I have had. Its funny because after I purchased the tub, I heard lots of not so good things about these people. What can you do after you purchase eh? I guess it's called live and learn. Well I can tell you I have learnt a valuable lesson here, do extensive research on the companies you want to buy high ticket items from. Hope no one else goes through this ignorance like I have.

    Hot tub

Dynasty didn't have a good range/selection of what we were looking for after browsing for about half an hour the sales clerk tried to sale us a tub that we weren't at all interested in, and didn't have all the features, but after several times of saying we weren't interested they finally offered to order the tub of our choice in, most of the staff is nice in general and helpful, they do need a bigger selection of in-stock products, but overall we are happy with the service we got, and that we did get our product after making a special order, we received it within 6 weeks.
