Saw a booth for Dynasty Spas at our local Exhibition. We purchased the spa. The spa arrived and was set up by October. We've been happily enjoying its use ever since. The staff are helpful and courteous and have assisted us as we learn about water chemistry and tub settings. Happy to recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a hot tub from Dynasty Spas and have always experienced great, helpful and courteous sales, service and support from their locations in both Red Deer and Calgary. The hot tub was delivered on time and special care was taken by their delivery personnel to ensure no damage was done to anything in transit and during installation. Their staff have always responded to all of my questions, concerns and requirements promptly and efficiently. They also always have the parts and maintenance items I need in stock. Great product, great staff, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Last year we purchase a home with a hot tub, received service from company B, took 1.5 weeks to complete repairs, $1600 bill and their vehicle broke down in our driveway...very frustrating. I recently had a in-store experience with Dynasty in Red Deer, friendly professional upfront person supported by knowledgeable advice from their service guy. This experience gave us a good impression so when I tried to service the tub myself last Friday and BROKE it, we gave their service dept a call, they had a guy there within the hour with a fully stocked van, he completed all repairs before he left, under quoted price, same night, no issues. My experience summary with Dynasty Spas Red Deer exceeding expectations!

I bought the spa in spring and had it installed in the early summer. We have had a couple of jet selector switched break, but the service had been really quick and problems have been solved making the experience second to none. Now I know first hand if I have an issue, things will be dealt with, making me relax even more in the tub!

Our over the phone conversation with parts department was very friendly, fast, and courteous. Parts were sourced quickly and efficiently. I would recommend anyone to use this vendor as we are very satisfied with them.

We purchased a hot tub from Dynasty spa in Red Deer. We really like the hot tub it fits all 7 of us really easy. We are in the hot tub almost every day . we really see this as quality family time. Best investment of 2014 :-)

We purchased a new hot tub - the sales part was great, gave us exactly what we were looking for. The tub was delivered on a Thursday, got it set up and was working great. Went away for the weekend and it was no longer working - except for the radio. After speaking with Michelle in Red Deer all has been scheduled to be taken care of. Big thanks to Michelle for handling the situation with professionalism, promptness and an understanding to our frustrations.

I bought a swimspa at Dynasty Spas about 4 years ago and I love it! Great for exercising and parties. Highly recommend it. They are always accommodating and have great prices on supplies.

We had planned to have it installed that summer as part of a home renovation through The Remodellers (a.k.a. Remodel It). Following their bankruptcy, we were delayed until we got our financial situation figured out again. They worked with us to help resell the tub to another person.

Danny from Saskatoon. Wrote a review last week and added pictures. Not sure if the pictures loaded properly. Will try again. Purchased a Caspian 42 last year and love it. Built a spa area on my deck with a roof, a two sided glass wind break and a lattuce side. Went to Home Styles show this year again and spoke to Rochelle. Have always been provided with timely and important advice and service. Would recommend Dynasty Spas to anyone interested .
