    Install or replace water supply and drainage: Repair faulty plumbin...
    There was a replacement of my outside faucet with a frost free one from over 30 years ago. I had to by an extra hose seal at Home Hardware to stop spraying. My downstairs pipe I had a pipe heater put on to fix a frozen pipe but I now need a electrican to fix the plug.

    Michael was excellent! Very polite, respectful, and determined to do a good job when fixing the issue was a plumbing challenge. Thank you Michael for also travelling so far and showing up on short notice!

    Repair or maintain airconditioning: Centralized; 1 unit
    Boonstra were quick to arrange to have a technician visit the property. They actually did it on a Saturday which was great! Kevin P the technician was thorough, knowledgeable and very professional.

    Luke is a wonderful tech

    New HVAC Equipment

    I am facing a deeply frustrating situation with Boonstra. I invested in high-end equipment, but just over a year later, I began experiencing numerous issues. I have had so many service calls that I believe Ive met nearly every technician on staffwho, I must say, have all been fantastic. Unfortunately, I cannot extend the same praise to the front office. My unit has had so many parts replaced that it now feels like a patched-together Frankenstein creation. Boonstra's front office consistently shifts blame onto their supplier, Lennox, and despite their "no lemon policy," I am still facing ongoing issues. That policy seems more like a marketing gimmick than a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I have exercised considerable patience and understanding, but this situation has reached a breaking point. Why can't Boonstra simply replace my equipment and handle the matter with Lennox themselves? Why am I, as the customer, being left to navigate this situation as a middleman? I used to hold Boonstra in high regard, but the steady decline in their customer service at the office is truly disappointing.

    thorough and dependable service

    Adrian did a thorough furnace inspection as part of my yearly service plan, and dealt with issues promptly. Great communication and suggestions. Dependable service. Excellent!

    Excellent service!

    The technicians were extremely efficient in servicing our furnace, they were very friendly, courteous and helpful, even to determining how many furnace filters were still on hand. We can thoroughly recommend Boonstras for their reliable servicing of both our furnace nd air-conditioner.
