    Heat Pump

    Installed in 2019 and the service was impeccable. Actually spent over $20k on 3 properties. The install of the heat pump was doomed from the beginning maybe when the person that installed it was fired for doing such a poor job I have had issues with it since and most recently I called 6 months ago as it was leaking then started tripping. They have been out 5 times to look at it without fixing it and then finally told me they need a part and were waiting for it. NO ONE has ever called me. I call them every month and this month they told me no part was order. The company has got too big and theres no communication. Avoid them! Im asking for them to take the unit out and Ill get another company I trust to put a new one in.

    On demand hot water tank no heating well

    Kevin came to see what the problem was and quickly Determined the mixing valve was faulty. He made changes that allowed us to get hot water until the part was available. As usual, Kevin was very thorough and professional. He treats my home like it is his own. I will Request that only Kevin be sent when I need help be it maintenance or repairs.

    Damage to my new stairs and fooled me out of paying for repairs

    I bought a new air conditioning unit and furnace. The cost was over 13 k. That being said I booked hvac cleaning and the workers ended up scrapping my newly installed hardwood floors abd stairs. After a huge effort to get thibg rectified. I even got a letter claiming that they would reimburse materials, they disappeared from paying me when I wanted to follow up to ensure reimbursed of materials I was personally buying to repair the damage . I have messaged them amd the response I get now is ' a manager will get back to you' stay away from.boondtra !

    annual servicing

    Had great AC service from Thomas and a follow-up with new filter from Brandon. Both excellent, polite and informative eople.

    new Air Conditioner

    During our regular yearly maintenance call, the technician advised that our 14 year old Air Conditioner was at end of life. He was able to get Jay in to give me a quote later that afternoon, and the following day, our new unit was installed. Unfortunately, I didn't get the technician's names. We've been dealing with Boonstra since we moved into his house 32 years ago, and have always been very satisfied with their polite, personable and professional staff.

    Very Professional

    My old A/C had broken down again so I decided to invest in a new heat pump. A representative came to my home & told me the best size unit for the square footage of my house & a few options. I decided on a Daikin. They have a great warranty too. A few days later, a fantastic crew came & did the installation. Very respectful of your home making sure to remove their shoes every time. Very neat installation & done in a day. They stayed to go over the remote with me & made sure I knew how to work everything. Ive had it for a year now & have been very pleased with it. No complaints at all.

    Mart is a super reliable tech

    Mart checks our furnace in Fall and AC in Spring Great tech and person. Peace of mind

    Boonstra Air Conditioning Service

    Boonstra was excellent on our yearly Air Conditioning check-up. They were on time, courteous, professional and did a in depth analysis of all the key components and then provided good feedback. I would recommend them for Furnace, Air or duct work services.
