    Knob and Tube Replacement

    Second time I've used KNT, this time for an investment property. Once again the level of professionalism was outstanding as was the quality of work. A very reliable group and very pleasant to work with as well.

    Electric Panel

    Thank you KNT Electric and Patrick. In the midst of a pandemic my main electrical panel shut off. I called KNT and spoke with Patrick. Patrick promised to come over the same day and in fact showed up within an hour. He checked my panel, replaced a faulty part and then did a safety check before leaving. It would have been reasonable to charge extra given that this was an emergency call and that he was responding during a pandemic when services are limited. Instead he charged what I felt was very reasonable fee. You have a loyal customer in me and I look forward to contacting you for any electrical needs in the future. Thank you again Patrick and KNT Electric.

    Knob and tube replacement

    The KNT team was absolutely fantastic. We got a number of quotes from other reputable firms, but they were the only team to send me a thought through and detailed quote as well as an organized plan and timeline. That level of organization and care continued throughout the project. They were communicative when issues emerged and promptly problem solved and worked out solutions. On top of that, they were also really nice and respectful. We have tenants so this was really important. Fantastic work and cannot recommend them enough.

    Replace Knob and Tube Wiring

    Very pleased with KNT. Very prompt inspection and quote. Work done on time and on-budget. I always had power in the evenings. Work areas always cleaned up at end of day. I don't know how they managed to do the work through such small holes. Drywall all patched and ready for painting. Would highly recommend this company.

    Knob & Tube replacement

    KNT replaced the knob & tube in our 100 year old home, extremely happy with the results. We lived at home while they completed the work and was thoroughly impressed with how noninvasive the entire project was and the effort they put into cleaning up each day after completing their work.

    Knob and tube removal

    The KNT team was fantastic. We had some known residual knob and tube wiring left when we purchased our new home. Danny came and did an inspection on a weekend, which didn't take long, and sent us a quote shortly after to replace the old wiring and otherwise bring out electrical up to code. We decided to go with KNT based on their reasonable quote and the reviews on this website. They completed the work ahead of schedule and below their quote! The team was very respectful and easy to communicate with throughout. Replacing knob and tube is a messy job, but they patched the walls and primed them for painting, and cleaned everything up after they were finished. We would 100% recommend KNT for knob and tube removal (or any other electrical work). They were very professional, reasonably priced and easy to work with. If we ever need more electrical work done, they will be our first call.

    Knob and Tube replacement

    We had to replace our knob and tube wiring in our house in order to continue our insurance coverage. We contacted KNT Electric based on HomeStars reviews. Danny came to our house and allayed our fears about the enormity of the project and disruption to our lives as I was at home during the project. As Danny promised, he and his crew were punctual, courteous, and worked straight through until the job was completed. We were kept informed about the project and every task was itemized and explained. If things did not have to be done, it was removed from the estimate. We were very impressed at the professionalism of the KNT's electricians. At the end of every day, the work areas were cleaned and the electricity was available. When it came to installing additional lighting and outlets, they listened to our concerns, suggested alternatives if needed and did their best to accommodate our requests. We were happy they offered an optional patch up service, which we used and we were very happy with the results. We are more then happy to recommend KNT Electric.

    Knob & Tube removal and updates, fixture installations

    Tim and Bill were extremely helpful and knowledgable. The quote and the final invoice was so detailed and they were happy to explain the process and make recommendations. The daily team was very professional and worked efficiently to make the process as smooth as possible. They cleaned up every day and when all was finished, left us small neat patches to re-paint. We are SO thankful to have found them through all their well deserved glowing reviews on Homestars! 10/10!

    Knob and Tube Replacement in Century Old Home

    Excellent work. Tim's crew were professional in getting the work done on time as promised. As promised, most of their holes were the size of a golf ball and as invasive as possible. This was important to us as we wanted to minimize the cost of repairing our plaster walls. I would however recommend going with a professional taper to re-plaster the walls. All in all, no complaints.

    Replacing Knob and Tube wiring

    We were told by the home inspector that we had knob & tube wiring that had to be replaced. KNT was recommended to us and they came promptly to do the estimate. That was done well and professionally and everything done after that was even better. They came to work on time, the cleaned up and reconnected everything each day before leaving. Their work was great as was their attitudes. We had 3 tenants and they all spoke in a positive manner. I would not hesitate for a minute to recommend KNT. They do what they promise they will do. What more can you ask for>
