    Replace small section of roof

    Overall, a very positive experience. Arthur was very friendly and knowledgable. Communications from the rest of the team was excellent as I was always notified when the roofers would be coming out to look at the roof, when they would be starting the work, delays due to weather, etc. You rarely receive this kind of service from trades companies. Will use them again in the future.

    roof fix around leaky chimney

    Jean & Trish were very helpful in arranging the fix, and Arthur was very professional and provided good follow-up while conducting the fix. A temporary solution was quickly put into place while the permanent solution was arranged.

    spot repair

    Fixer on the Roof is a truly professional outfit -- from my first call to the completion of the work I felt that my roof was in excellent hands. They conducted an assessment and provided a timely quote. They confirmed the appointment and they showed up at the time they said they would, they showed me photos of before and after work and answered all my questions to satisfaction.     fascia and rafter repair

    I received a prompt estimate from fixerontheroof and the work was completed quickly. I contacted another company first and they did not offer free estimates but wanted money upfront to just look at the problem. I dismissed them instantly. I am very satisfied with fixer on the roof and feel they are honest and hardworking and will use them again and recommend them to friends.

    Bathroom Vent put in

    Previous owners of home had a bathroom fan venting directly into the attic which can be a problem maker. After contacting several roofing companies which either did not contact me back, or would never give me a firm date on the fix due to the relatively small nature of the job, I contacted Fixer on the Roof. Has a comparable firm quote on Sunday and by Tuesday they came by to put the roof vent in. Arthur, did a great job - and gave my entire roof a good lookover with minor touch-ups done for free! Thanks!

    Various repairs to roof

    During the spring melt we discovered that there was a leak coming in through the roof on our top floor. It turns out the prior owners of our home did a poor roofing job and there were various gaps in the shingles, unfinished edges and areas that were not properly caulked and sealed. Fixer on the Roof came and gave us an estimate which included a full video of what the issues actually looked like on the roof. It helped me understand the extent of work that was needed. Their repair services were performed by experienced professionals who did a great job explaining what they were doing and helping me to understand how to best maintain the roof going forward. They also cleaned up well and took pictures of the finished product without me having to climb up on the roof. I will use this company again and highly recommend them.

    Chimney removal

    Fixer on the roof was pleasant to deal with, they called me back in a timely manner, photos were taken and emailed me, before and after the job was done. They were very professional and on time, I would call them back in a second.

    Slanted and flat roof fix

    I can't say enough good words about the professionalism of people at Fixer on the Roof. I found them on Homestars based on other reviews, and starting from the initial contact, they were very helpful in the process. The job was done well and in a timely manner, with full clean up. I would definitely recommend them to others.

    Skylight Installed

    Second time using Fixer on the roof. Last year they installed my roof and cedar shingled the front of my house... beautiful. This year I had them come back, quote for and install a Velux skylight on the flat portion of my roof. They are one of few qualified teams licensed and qualified to act on behalf of Velux. Fixer came, installed, made sure it opened and closed properly, cleaned up all packaging and debris in no time at all. Strong recommend, strong work ethic and business practice.

    Cedar roof repair

    I had water coming in in my master room. Cedar roof was repair. Professional service. I had some problems with my schedule and they were kind enough to accomodate my schedule.
