I run a landscape company. In the course of business I am often asked for advice and to steer people to different trades. For me it is important that those referals are beyond great because they ultimately reflect on me and my company. I have very few people I would recommend without hesitation. Fixer on the Roof should be at the top of your list - it's certainly at the top of mine. Profesionalism and fun (YES! FUN) at the initial consultation will instantly tell you you're dealing with a different kind of company. I have seen the professional execution on projects cause neighbours to comment on and admire not only the work but also the way in which it is carried out. This company seems to go the extra yard. What other company will take an industrial magnet and 'sweep' your yard, etc. looking for errant nails and things before they leave? In short, you can't put a price on peace of mind and with that in mind this company will give you value for money.

I had a bad roof leak and at least 4 different roofing contractors looked at the roof and couldn't correctly identify where the leak was coming from. One of them offered to make a repair in what turned out to be the wrong location for $2400. Fortunately I called Fixer on the Roof, and a very smart guy named Arthur instantly figured out that the leak was originating from much higher on the roof around an old skylight. He tarped the skylight then and there and stopped the leak. Later, I hired Fixer on the Roof to replace that skylight and another of the same vintage. Fixer was very flexible about when to schedule the replacement, and the work was done quickly and comprehensively. I am very satisfied with my experience.

"Fixer" removed ashphalt shingles from angled portions of my roof, repaired + replaced rotting wood, installed new barrier,ice shields,roofline venting,new shingles and at my request covered the dormer sections with Cedar Shingles instead of asphalt. Although pricey, Fixer completed the work quickly,and as scheduled. The work ethic and business end of things was amazing comapred to the other 2 roofers that gave me quotes and would never let near my house.
