    They went above and beyond! Only dissatisfied party: The birds.

    I had hired Frank and his team to clean out the vents that vent out the side of my house. I have a vent cover on the side of my house but birds were somehow lifting it up and getting in. We assumed they had made a nest in the venting and the cleaning would get them out. Turns out there WAS no venting. The birds had made their family home in my attic. My very, very, not-properly-insulated-so-ultra-hot hot attic. Frank climbed up there and cleaned out the nest and even chased around the baby bird to get it out of the house.

    Duct/vent cleaning .

    Worker showed up in time frame that was quoted. Professional, engaging and answered any questions I had of the service. Had complete cleaning of 14 ducts in the house.

    Furnace cleaning

    Very pleased with the work done by Orsan Air Services the operator was very smart and knowledgeble about the job very polite and frendly made sure we were satisfyed and happy with the job He cleand up after the job was done and he educated me by giving me tips how to ron the Furnace more efficient .Job well done I will recommend your'e company to my friends.

    Duct cleaning of older home purchased from a resident that smoked.

    Taylor Hughes was the service person that came to our house promptly at the scheduled time. Taylor was polite and efficient. The ducts were effectively cleaned using a truck mounted vacuum system. Taylor took care in handling the hoses and sealing off the ducts to ensure that the process was effective. He also took care to ensure that the equipment he brought into the house did not mark the floors or walls while he was working. Taylor checked the furnace filter even though it was installed just one week earlier to be sure the whole system was clean and he found a tremendously dirty filter which he cleaned out before reinstalling it. The service was prompt, thorough and efficient. The work started on time and finished on time and was done at the agreed price.. I recommend the services of Orsan Air Services without reservation. 13 vents $250 Knock Out smoking odour eliminator spray $50 plus 8 per vent = $104

    Duct cleaning townhouse

    Overall OK. Had to be with the workers all time to make sure they are doing work properly. Un-supervision allows room for cutting corners. Had to insist for the dryer vent to be cleaned for extra cost. Staff seemed to be physically tired from doing this job over and over throughout the day and slightly lacked initiative on performing additional work for additional cost. At the end of the day, job done OK, ducts and furnace clean

Maybe you had a bad experience in the past but our workers are very diligent and take pride in the work that they do for us and our customers. Regarding the additional work (dryer vent cleaning) that you requested, it wasn't that we didn't want to do the work, it was that upon our inspection we felt that it was not necessary as the dryer vent did not need cleaning.     Vent/Furnace/AC cleaning

    We are very pleased with Orsen air services! From the initial call to the work completed, everyone involved was professional and informative. I have environmental sensitivities and the difference in the air is night and day! I especially appreciate the efforts to use a toxic free (thyme/lemon) disinfectant. Thank you so much!

    Duck Cleaning

    Staff was friendly. Arrived on time and job completed when promised. Only one complaint. Dust and tin pieces left in the basement.
