I hired them to do duct cleaning because it had never been done before in my home. They sent someone out to do an estimate and gave me a price. I booked them to come in and do it. They were fine they cleaned out the ducts and made sure there were no vents that might have been hidden that they may have missed. They also took a good look at the furnace to make sure everything was ok.

Orsan are very quick and efficient when you phone them. They are punctual and do a good job. We have hired them to clean the furnace and the ducts and they did a fine job.

Frank (the owner) performed the duct and dryer vent cleaning and was very professional, personable and knowledgeable about what he was doing and explained it in a simple, straightforward way. He has an HVAC background so understands what needs to be done. He was able to come out within a few days of my initial phone call, the final price was what was initially quoted and the work was completed with no mess (he takes his shoes off when going into the rooms). Everything was done to my satisfaction and I would recommend his service.

Two of my motivations for calling Orsan were 1) our dryer wasn't drying in one cycle, and 2) the return vents needed cleaning on a monthly basis. Orsan was recommended by a colleague, and they were able to do the job the same week. Taylor (at least I think that was his name?) was on time and polite and did his thing very efficiently. He was not a teenager. ;) Although I helped him find all the vents (he has to cover all of your vents for the process to work), he was always one step ahead of me and seemed to know where they all were. As he did his thing, he only stopped once to talk to me about my dryer - why it was blocked up and what my options were to deal with the problem long term. I appreciated getting a lesson as part of the service. Will definitely have them back again in 3-5 years to do it again.

I was quite pleased with the service. The employee they sent was quite friendly and appeared to actually care about the job he performed. He clearly explained what he would be doing and didn't seem to be trying to 'rush it' in order to get out to the next job asap as I've seen before with other companies. No mess was left either! Good job as far as I'm concerned. No complaints here.

The rep from Orsan air made it sound like we were getting a fabulous deal of several hundreds of dollars off. He had a really elaborate sales pitch that we were not fooled by. However he came out to the house so we went with his company to get our ducts cleaned at the new house we had just purchased. When they came to do it it was one teenaged boy and they wore their shoes into my house and made a complete mess in the washroom by blowing the sediment into the room. I had to spend time cleaning my bathroom after he had left (while 9 months pregnant I didn't want to clean up someone elses messs). My husband came home and I told him what happened and he called up to complain. He assured us he would take care of it. Over 6 months my husband made several calls to see what "taking care of it" was supposed to mean. Then after 6 months we received a $30 gift card in the mail. Not the best experience we've ever had. I would not reccommend this company.
