    Duct cleaning , dryer vents, furnace filter change and microbial sanitizing of all passage ways to prevent mould growth.

    If I could give them a 6 stars out of 5 I would. First off I was late running doing toy drive drop offs for Christmas donations. The Orsan tech waited 30 minutes for me , he was super friendly and never said a word about my tardiness. He then had to move stuff around that I should have had moved for him. I will formally apologize and I will catch up to him and do something special for him. As well technician left no mess in the house couldn't tell he was there. Done in under 3 hours.... Boom! My house is now running much more efficient that we turned temp down from 20c to 18c . The dryer is also drying clothes faster. We will save money and time from Orsan's service.     Well done service

    Excellent service was provided by Boston the Technician. Arrived at the scheduled time. Orsan Air team was friendly and professional.

    Duct and drier vent cleaning

    Ducts cleaning

    My experience was not as good as I expected, not sure if it was because I was the last job on that day or because was Friday but the person who did the job was rushed to finish off the work and didn't remove his shoes even though I removed my in from of him, also I told him that house was freshly painted and he dragged the hoses close to the wall leaving some marks. House had footprints from his shoes on the hardwood floors (main floor and upstairs ) also replaced the furnace filter with the wrong one and he didn't tell me a good thing that was part of my to-do list after the dust clean up

    Air Duct + Dryer Vent Cleaning

    Orsan was able to get me a service appointment within a week of my call to them, and were willing to bundle dryer vent cleaning in with cleaning our ducts. The price was excellent -- $219 for 10 vents, plus an additional $50 for the dryer vent. The technician was friendly and efficient and followed COVID protocols, and the entire process was done within an hour. The only area for potential improvement may be to explain a little more about the process -- I underestimated how noisy it would be and had some freaked out cats as a result -- but honestly, I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a good cleaning service in the Guelph/KW/Cambridge area

    Duct cleaning

    My ducts were thoroughly cleaned by this company and an existing problem with the duct work was identified by the company to which they wrote me an email to notify the installer.
