    Lose Gasket in the shower

    Had trouble getting hold of Fedor who I spoke to a year ago when he recommended another co. for a main drain clean. I persisted calling for a 1.5 weeks and finally connected with Yuri. He was busy with another job that day, but took the time to discuss my diagnosis and give me his professional opinion over the phone. He said he would come have a look after he finished his other job. He did not finish the other job till later than expected, but he still showed up at 8:30 pm. Right away he said it was indeed a lose gasket only and quickly removed, put putty, reinstalled the gasket and tested the leak. I'm glad I trusted my instinct to reach out to Fedor (who I spoke to a year ago) and connected with Yuri-a no-nonsense, polite and a knowlegeable plumber. He could have told me he had to replace it, but he gave me an honest opinion and saved me sleep, money and gained my trust. I will be definitely be using their services and recommending them to others.

    interior basement waterproofing

    i had fedor and his team come to waterproof my entire basement from the inside, install a sump pump and backwater valve as well as replace old piping. this was actually done at the beginning of spring but i'm writing now (end of summer) because i like to wait and see what the results are over time before making decisions about the work done. everything was done expediently and with care and the crew gave us some helpful, honest tips about the work that needed to be done. dealing with fedor was great as he's very patient, answers all questions (i had many) and never tried to push anything on us. he laid everything out very directly and gave us our options and let us decide what we wanted done. after the work was done and we had some additional concerns fedor had his guys come back to address them. we've had a number of things done to the house recently as we're doing a complete reno of our basement and fedor and his crew have been the best to deal with so far. would absolutely recommend them. also, price was very fair and fedor arranged paperwork for the gov't rebate which we just received in the mail last week. thank you fedor!

    Outstanding.

    Extremely happy with the work performed. We got multiple quotes for the work that we needed (Demolition, New drain, two Back water valves, Crack repair, Waterproofing, Sump pump). We decided to hire Aquamaster because Fedor was upfront with the potential challenges and risks the job could encounter, he was clear in his description of the solution, did not try to upsell and his quote was competitive. He has his own crew (not a fan of sub-contracting). Fedor was really patient and spent the time to answer all my questions during the job (at all hours of the day I might add). His crew was clean, professional and worked incredibly hard (lots of dirt, concrete, up and down the stairs, etc..). They were customer service oriented and they worked hard to ensure that I was satisfied in the end. Honestly, it's rare and hard to find this king of professionalism these days. These guys are gems. Thank you again. look no further, this is the crew you need.

    Basement Leak

    I was very impressed with this company. Fedor provided an estimate with a detailed workplan. He explained everything that would be done, the materials to be used and the reasons why the materials were chosen. I was impressed with the materials they chose to do the job. This was not our first basement leak so I have some experience in the materials and the quality of the company. Fedor's crew were polite and very hard working. Couldn't ask for a better crew. They took pictures of their progress and reviewed the pictures with me at least once a day explaining what they did and the reasons why. Impressive. Fedor is a very professional likeable person who you can trust to live up to his word. This is only the second review I have ever written and I take my responsibility of recommending a company seriously. Aquamaster is a company I have recommended to my neighbours. A. highly recommended company.

    Basement Waterproofing - Sump Pump Install

    Fedor and his crew were prompt, prepared and detail oriented. We had a small leak in our basement which was quickly assessed and sensible solution offered. Job was done on time and on budget. We are pleased with the work done. Advice and paperwork for City rebate was also provided.

    Main Line Back Water Valve

    Had Fedor do our old place and so when we moved this Spring and found out we had to pay more on our insurance until we had a main line back water value put in we called them back to do our new place. They provide a honest and professional service - showed up on time to estimate, do the work, schedule the inspector and then complete the job. Would happily recommend this firm.

    Sump pump, backwater valve, and some exterior waterproofing

    Fedor and his team are fantastic. We had a BWV and sump pump installed in the basement, and concrete poured between our house and the neighbour's whose eavestroughs are regularly overflowing and causing our basement to leak. Communication was great. The work was done quickly, very professionally, and to our complete satisfaction. Also it was much cheaper than a well-known competitors quote, who tried to pressure me into signing up to an unnecessary job.

    very pleased

    With all the rain earlier this year we had more flooding than normal in the laundry room of our finished basement detached home. The mould was building and we had to do something! A good friend recommended Aquamaster so we gave them a call. Fedor came a few days after I had called. He quickly figured out our problem and gave us a very reasonable quote. His men came in about two weeks later. They were very neat and tidy , reasonably quiet , polite and very hard working. Before they broke up the concrete floor, they put up plastic and laid down sheets on the basement stairs. They carried away numerous large bags of waste quite easily as they were strapping young men! They finished in two days as promised. They waterproofed 25 feet from the inside. Fedor came a few days later once the new concrete had dried and put back the washer, dryer and sink. We couldn't be happier and we even get a 25 year no leaks guarantee in writing. Highly recommended!

    Backflow preventer, building trap replacement

    We had Fedor from Aquamaster install a backflow preventer and replace the building trap at the front of our house after our old sewage line backed up in the basement. The building trap replacement meant that a huge hole in our front garden and walkway would have to be dug to do the work - not only was this work done in only one or two days, but they were so respectful of our property - each plant was carefully dug up and re-planted in it's correct location, the walkway pavers had absolutely no damage, you couldn't even tell that any work had been done at all. It was amazing. The front of the basement floor also had to be dug up to install the backflow preventer. They taped up plastic sheets around the area they were working so as not to create a mess in the rest of the basement, carefully dug the smallest area they could right along the edge of the tile floor, and when there was a small issue with the building inspector, they rectified the problem professionally and on no burden to us. Fedor also helped us put together our Backflow Prevention Subsidy application to send to the City of Toronto. We were so happy with their work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

    Exterior wall waterproofing

    Neighbour adding a basement extension dug out and exposed MY exterior foundation wall, Called AquaMaster and had the wall resealed within 48 hours. Great service and price! Highly recommend them.
