    Crack in Foundation Repaired

    Hi all, I noticed a leak in my basement and along with that, a crack from the floor to the bottom of one of my basement windows. I called Fedor based on reviews from this site. I am certainly glad I did because Fedor, Paco and Dusan were absolutely fantastic. Price was reasonable, work was professional and completed quickly. Fedor provided options on potential fixes and described the procedures. I approved the external foundation repair and they started the work a couple days later. The work was done exactly as described and performed with professionalism. I would not hesitate recommending these guys to anyone that I know. I would definitely use them again. Thanks again for the great work!

    Waterproofing

    First spoke with Fedor. Amazing, kind and very knowledgeable gentleman. Went out of his way to help out with things that were not even waterproofing related. Great price for an extensive and thorough job. Very prompt response and was here the next morning on time with crew. Paco and Savas are the strong silent type. Very polite and professional. They worked tirelessly from 9am till 5pm with no excavator since we had no access to bring one to the back yard. Dug non stop, kept the home clean even as they walked in and out. Kept the work area clean and organized and even went the extra mile to neatly dispose of the extra backfill. Overall an exceptional experience and will not hesitate to call them or recommend them to anyone for future waterproofing, plumbing and/or drain work. Great job guys.

    A Never-Ending Nightmare

    Unfortunately, I am hesitant to give full details as I am currently in litigation with this company … In short, I had very minor and localized waterproofing issues in my home prior to hiring them as a precautionary measure. Since then, as soon as the first strong rain shower came around, my basement has flooded multiple times and they have refused to abide by the “25 year warranty” in writing. They claimed that my issues are not their fault, instead blaming the issues on everything else - from the level of my basement floor slab to the quality of my roof. If you need waterproofing done, just move on. There are plenty of alternative companies out there. If they quote you slightly more than Aquamaster, it’s worth it. At the end of the day if you are spending over 20 thousand on a waterproofing project like I did you might as well do it well or not do it at all. Otherwise, what’s the point if you still end up with a leaky basement like I did? Or even worse, leakier than it was to begin with, as is my case.

    Basement waterproofing and backwater valve installation

    Aquamaster had previously done extensive bathroom plumbing for us and we were pleased with the results. It was a no-brainer to get Fedor to quote on a waterproofing and backwater valve installation job we needed. While not the cheapest quote I received his thoroughness and attention to detail gave me the confidence to give him the job. I was not disappointed. His crew work hard and the job was done in a timely manner and on budget with minimal disruption. Fedor arranged the permit, city inspection and even walked me through the rebate paperwork.

    Water pipe

    Called to replace exterior lead water pipe. They came immediately to provide a quote and took the time to explain the work required. The workers came early and completed the job on time as stated. It's been a few weeks and absolutely no issues. The work is excellent, price is very competitive, service team was knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommended.

    Plumbing

    Yuriy was very professional clean and Helpful my faucet was fixed After 3 years of not working Properly toilets got all Changed , Great man he even Went back to store and got A extra toilet , excellent !!!! Regards Rose

    Foundation repair & updating plumbing

    Yury and his team did an excellent job with fixing the foundation of my house. The project was meant to be a simple installation of a shower in the basement bathroom, which uncovered a homeowner's nightmare. The project moved along quickly and Yury kept me updated at each step. By the end of it all my basement bathroom and laundry plumbing were updated. As well, Aquamaster re-poured the concrete foundation and added waterproofing. My one complaint was that some materials were left behind on my property.

    Basement Clogged Drain & New Pipes

    We have a drain outside of our basement walk out that became clogged. During the massive rainstorms, the drain was backing up and coming into our basement. Fedor came by to check out the problem the same day that I called. He assessed the issue and provided an on the spot quote. Our job turned out to be much bigger as we had clay pipes throughout our basement and an old main stack. Fedor's team worked diligently and replaced all of our drains, installed a sump pump, back water valued, arranged the permit, and building inspection. About a week after the work was done we noticed some interlock was sinking around our new exterior drain. We contacted Fedor and his guys came within 24 hours to fix the problem. That is why you should choose this company. I've worked with a lot of companies that do a great job on the initial work - however, when there is an issue they are difficult to get ahold of. That was not the case with Fedor and his team. Thank you for your assistance with our basement.

    Basement leak

    We had a leak in the basement due to a heavy storm and rain. Fedor came and looked at the place and gave us the quote. His quote was the best. As per his quote, everything was completed and his team did a good job and the work was completed on time. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. -JF

    External waterproofing for semi-detached and sump pump installation.

    Our home is an older semi-detached in the East York area which experienced water leaking problems in the basement for several years. After a torrential downfall in the early summer, we decided it was finally time to remedy the problem. Upon initial contact, Fedor was quick to respond and setup a meeting date to examine the problem. While internal waterproofing was a less expensive option he brought up, we opted for the external method around the perimeter of the house (75 ft sans neighbour) for better peace of mind. Fedor thoroughly explained the waterproofing process and answered any follow-up questions I had for him which convinced me of Aquamaster's expertise in waterproofing. The work started a week later after first contact. The Aquamaster crew worked tirelessly each to day to complete the daily objective. Despite the need to dig under the front and rear decks, move heavy patio stones, and navigate a narrow space between a neighbouring house, the Aquamaster team worked through it all without a single complaint. Fedor followed up a few days after the job was completed to survey the job-site and help with the paperwork needed for the sump-pump rebate from the city. I am writing this review several weeks after the job completion. After a heavy rainfall, I am happy to say that our basement is dry. I cannot recommend Aquamaster enough.
