    Best Movers in Toronto

    I had a wonderful move with Roadrunners recently. They were punctual and worked very hard to insure we stayed within my budget. Great company and trustworthy. They did exactly what they said they would with no surprises. I highly recommend!

    Movers

    RoadRunners came highly recommended to me and so from my first contact with Paul who is personable and experienced, my expectations were pretty high. His team - each member courteous and friendly - showed up on time and worked efficiently and very well as a team to get the job done. My expectations were most definitely met and in some ways they were exceeded. I would definitely recommend RoadRunners for your next move. They are truly a great service oriented company. My thanks go to Paul & his outstanding team for a smooth and trouble-free move.

    Moving Services

    My Wife and I have used RoadRunners Moving and Storage twice. Once to move homes and the other to move items into storage during our renovation. Paul and the rest of his crew have been amazing to deal with. They have been on time, flexible in changes to details during the movement of items. For example while moving houses I wanted to go pick up a BBQ that I had purchased from Home Depo. The two Gentlemen who came to do the move came with me to put the BBQ into the moving truck. Their willingness to drive to the store saved me from having to rent a tuck to move it myself. They are very reasonable in pricing and willing to come to your home to give you a quote. Paul came by our home and gave us a quote for moving items into storage. While giving us our estimate Paul point out that since we were doing a first floor renovation, we could store our items upstairs in the rooms that were not going to be touched. We spoke with our contractor who stated that this would not be a problem and we were able to store our items in out home saving us both time and money. We have enjoyed working with RoadRunners Moving and Storage we have recommend them to friends and family. They have been great to deal with and do and excellent job.

    Real easy move

    My move with Roadrunners was perfect. Never thought a move could be made that easy, but there you go!

    Toronto Move

    I've used professional movers twice in my life now. The first time was almost the last cause the company I hired employed some very (extremely) shady people who were absolutely terrible. Anyways..lesson learned. RoadRunners was the polar opposite of my first move. Very professional, punctual, well prepared, and all the etceteras. I'm glad I used them

    Moving service

    On time, pleasant (although a little condescending when I showed concern over certain items) and fast but also so fast that they didn't listen carefully to all instructions and broke/ scratched a few things (nothing super important, thank goodness). What's worse is that they wouldn't own up to something they broke. Instead, trying to claim that it must have been broken before the move - definitely not! So we didn't even bother mentioning any else to them after that. They were also annoyed about information I forgot to tell them about our new place but they didn't ask. They should probably have a standard set of questions if it's important to them. I was going to say it on the phone but he started speaking and the conversation went another way - not just my fault. So didn't appreciate the slight defensiveness/annoyance but if this sort of thing doesn't matter to you, they did work hard and efficiently and were mostly professional which I guess are the most important things in the end.

We fully understand and appreciate this. Our goal on every move is to make the client feel 100% confident in our abilities and hopefully relieve at least some of the stress that they feel. I do agree that there should be a standard set of questions that gets asked during an estimate and we do have one in place. Why this particular piece of information was not discussed, I can't say for certain. I do however take ownership for my part in it. When we arrived at your new home and realized it was a third story walk-up, I immediately called for two additional men to help with the workload at a significantly discounted rate which resolved the issue. I'm not sure how we may have appeared condescending or seem annoyed with you, but I can assure you that was never our intention and I apologize for it appearing so. In regards to the broken item you mentioned, I do maintain my position that it was not something we caused and would appreciate your benefit of doubt. We've built a reputation of honesty and integrity by actually acting honestly and doing the right thing. We have a damage free guarantee which we honor for our clients at all times. I would be undermining our company and its employees if I was to lie to you about something, which in this case, was a minor incident.     Polite and pleasant

    I was moving from a house to an apartment first weekend of September, from Scarborough to Mississauga. I didn't have many things but majority of my boxes were fragile. (Furniture, pictures, exercise equipment) I informed them that I still needed to pack a few things and they were very understanding and arrived at the my given time. The movers were professional, polite, and pleasant to be around. Everything happened very quickly, all my things were was moved in no time. When they were through the movers did a walk around of the house and asked if I needed anything else. I'm glad I was able to find this company, everything worked out perfectly.

    Move to Mississauga

    Hello all. To put it simply, I was absolutely, positively, enthralled by these movers. Like the other reviews on this page suggest, RoadRunners knows exactly how to get a job done right. I never once felt at any point during my move, a lack of confidence in them. They're punctual, polite, professional, and hardworking. Most importantly, they know how to move. My end of day cost was a full $300 cheaper than their estimate. Fully satisfied customer here. I highly recommend!

    Moving

    I cannot express how grateful we are for Paul, Brendon and the RoadRunners team. I was nervous about finding movers as you hear so many stories, but Paul and his team are exceptional. Paul did an initial consult to see how much we were moving, what needed to be dismantled, how many boxes..etc. I was pleasantly surprised at how much they actually do for you. Our move was different. We sold our home and while we were renovating our new home, RoadRunners moved us to our neighbours house for storage only..in 40° weather. It was an extremely hot day and the guys didn't miss a beat. They dismantled our large furniture with such care, wrapping each piece so they could be stored safely. We booked our move into our new home on the 17th.. which ended up being the first big snow dump of the year where it snowed 3 days in a row. Paul and the team were early, efficient and fast. Once again, they didn't miss a beat. They completed our large furniture set up by rebuilding the items carefully. They are quick and careful while packing our clothing. My husband and I are still amazed at how smooth our move went - our house is still under renovation so we had limited space to work with. Paul, Brendon and team, thank you. Sorry I couldn't have picked better weather! Both of our moves were seamless..and with kids (and renovations) it can get tricky! We appreciate you guys very much! For those interested in RoadRunners, my estimate cost that I entered is for both moves. First move into storage, second move included furniture set up and garage as storage. Worth every penny!
