    Excellent Service, Great Customer Service, Will Use Again!

    Excellent phone manner and courteous movers! My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with how seamless our move was. The quote was reasonable and realistic, and my prized antiques and fragile items were well protected during the move. They respected our wishes and kept my home clean and tidy. I was so happy with the work they did that I recommended them to my best friend and her husband. I'm glad I chose them, you should too!

    Move to Storage

    I used this company to move me into a storage unit while my home was being built. Both Paul and Brendan were a pleasure to work with. Things I was really impressed with was there responsiveness. I called their office after work at 9 PM on two occasions. Both times I had my call answered. They also let me keep their blankets and clothing boxes in my storage for free. Unexpected and much appreciated.Thanks guys. On my move day Paul called to make sure everything was going well which was a nice touch.

    Easiest Move

    We've had other movers before, but this was our easiest move by far. Paul and his team were helpful, efficient, and careful. Their good mood was infectious. We had a very difficult piece of furniture that we were going to leave behind, but they insisted on moving it, which was very a great benefit for us. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to make their move easier.

    Thoroughly Impressed

    Consummate and thoroughly professional group of movers here. All aspects of my move were completed to my satisfaction and I can recommend them fully without reserve. A big thank you to the RoadRunners crew for a job well done!

    Sweet moves

    What a bunch of sweet guys these guys are! They had such a positive attitude the entire day and kept us laughing and In good spirits the whole move long. This wasn't all fun and games however! These men had work ethic to match their sense of humor. I will be using them again soon and will refer them whenever I can. Thanks Branden, Andrew, and Tony

    Lots of heavy stuff！

    These guys are amazing. One of the movers stopped by my house to estimate the charges before the move which actually became 100% accurate. They helpd move a lot of heavy gym equipment into my basement and made it look so easy! All my flooring was covered up in heavy sheets and did not get any damage from moving at all. The price was also very reasonable even though this was a hard move with lots of heavy items. I will definately reccommend Roadrunner for any move big or small.

    Hey, Thanks for the review and the excellent feedback! Heavy items can be challenging at times. You need to be well aware of how you carry the item to avoid injury, and extra careful around walls, hand railings, light fixtures, flooring, etc. Just a gentle bump against something while carrying a heavy item can do quite a bit of damage. That's why we always prepare correctly before moving heavy items into tight spaces; for example, we will lay some extra floor protection down on the ground. Wrap your handrailings in heavy duty blankets or remove them completely if needed. We may also remove light fixtures, doors, and cover your walls with heavy duty cardboard boxes.     Double move

    Hello there, I hired Roadrunners to help me with moving my girlfriends 2 plus den apartment and my bachelor apartment to our new home. I received 4 separate quotes from companies I found here on home stars. Of the 4 companies I contacted, roadrunners was the only company that came to visit both my home and my girlfriends home to give us a quote. Roadrunners Moving offered me a flat price of $1800 that included packing my girlfriends kitchen. During the move, my girlfriend and I got stuck in traffic on our way to meet roadrunners at our new home. They waited about half an hour for us to arrive. They did not charge me any additional money for the wait which I really appreciated. I feel I got a great deal with this company. Paul, and his partner along with the rest of the crew were respectful and professional at all times. All my belongings arrived with no damages. I am glad I used this company and would use them again for sure. Thanks Guys

Which is why we almost always insist on an in home estimate being completed before your move. It's critical for us to have complete understanding of what needs to be moved in order to deliver the highest caliber of service possible. Once we've seen your house with our own eyes, we're able to estimate very accurately the cost, the manpower, and hours needed to complete your move.     Condo move

    I wanted to take a minute out of my day to congratulate this company for doing such an immaculate job. I had quite a large 3 bedroom condo in mid town Toronto with pretty poor access for movers. Limited parking, one small elevator, a long hallway in between my place and the street, etc. etc. To make things even more difficult, it was a last minute decision to move and I only had a week to prepare. I contacted Brendon and we spoke about the move for some time. He sent me an email after we spoke that covered all my questions. I was really impressed with him right off the bat and felt comfortable hiring this company. The following week he and his crew arrived. 6 men in total. They were really unbelievable. Packing and wrapping everything for me and quickly. I really felt at absolute ease despite moving being a somewhat stressful time. The day lasted 8 hours. Everything I owned was in my new home in one piece. I cannot express enough how impressive this move was. Thank you Brendon and the rest of the crew. I will most definitely be recommending you guys in the future.

    Move to northyork

    Overall very satisfied with this company. They arrived on time, worked hard and were done in no time. They provided free mattress covers and boxes for all my clothing which was a nice surprise. All my furniture was protected in moving blankets and end of the day nothing was damaged. I highly recommend!
