Max is always quick to respond and set up an appointment. Last winter when the furnace died at my elderly parents' place during a cold spell he came the day of to inspect the problem and had it fixed the next morning, and this summer when the AC wasn't working he came the next morning. Max provides a clear assessment of the issue and possible fixes without trying to up-sell you on products you don't need or get you on those unneeded long term payment plans. Good, clean, and professional workmanship. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using Aire Max for my heating and cooling for the last 6 months. In January I had issues with my furnace- one day it would turn on, the next day no matter how high we set it, the heat wouldn’t turn on. Called Aire Max, he diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed the issue and change our filter as well. In May I had to replace my AC unit, I called Aire Max. He asked me the square footage of my home, recommended the AC unit, he came in installed the unit in no time. He set the thermostat, gave a tutorial - and changed my filter once again. I highly recommend!

Unfortunately my 10 year old furnace died and despite it not being freezing we needed to get it fixed. I call Aire Max Heating & Cooling and Max quickly came over and determined the motor had seized up. He explained the situation and ordered a replacement part us. The next morning he came back with the new part and efficiently replaced it. Max was courteous, clean and responsive. We would definitely use Max again.

17 year old boiler stopped working. Max came to the house right away and discussed options for replacement, including providing quotes for each of the options we discussed. Prices were fair, and he and his colleague started work the next day. The job was a bit tricky--small space to work in and difficulty getting needed parts from distributors. Max never complained--he just finished the job professionally and quickly at the quoted price. Max is reliable, friendly and easy to work with--I would recommend Aire Max highly.

Our 100K BTU Carrier gas furnace started acting up a few days ago due to a flame rollout / heat exchanger issue. We contacted Aire Max and a couple of other authorized Carrier dealers to get a price quote on upgrading our 13 years old furnace with a newer Carrier model. Max (@Aire Max) was very knowledgeable, and instrumental in terms of diagnosing the issue and helping us choose the right replacement product. Max came to our house yesterday and installed our new furnace (Infinity Series 59TN6) as discussed/planned. They were very professional and cleaned up the area upon completion of the job. Moreover, what I also found different with Max was that he listened to our concerns, and asked the right questions to determine the best installation strategy for the replacement furnace. Max’s approach in being knowledgeable, technical, open, transparent and a good listener created a stronger sense of trust and as higher level of satisfaction for us, as he was the only dealer (amongst the three dealers, that we had contacted) who not only brought up the following potential issues to our attention but also graciously agreed to address them as part of the installation job as a value-added bonus to us: 1) Correction/upgrade of the existing filter size from size 16 to size 20 through a cool and professional bottom return furnace installation which to us it involved more time and material in comparison with a side return installation. 2) Installing a fresh air pipe Lest I forget, Aire Max also offered the best price quote in comparison with the other two dealers and our new Infinity Series 59TN6 gas furnace looks a lot sexier than the old one :-)

Our 15 years old furnace stopped working during Christmas time and the company that we had contract for repair failed to fix it after a few attempts for a week, so we decided to get rid of the furnace and buy a new ones, since it happened close to Christmas holidays most of the companies we contacted either didn't answer our call or gave us and appointment for next two weeks which considering the cold weather wasn't an option for us, after a few unsuccessful attempt we found Aire Max on homestars and gave it a try, and I am glad we did, Siamak answered our phone right away and gave us the quote which was the best our of all and came the next day on Dec 29, replaced our old furnace and installed the new one, he did a very nice and clean job and took the old furnace as well, I strongly recommend him.

Our furnace suddenly stopped working and with not being able to stay with family right now we needed it fixed as soon as possible. We called Aire Max because of the excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. He discussed options for repairing the furnace versus replacing it and was more knowledgeable about Carrier products than the other company we were getting a quote from. We ended up replacing the furnace because of an excellent rebate. The work was done quickly, extremely neat and cleanly and hassle-free and we will definitely be using Aire Max for any future heating and cooling needs.
