Everyone has their area of expertise. Furnaces are definitely not mine. Furnace problems are the worst so it's great that I've found someone so reliable: Max at Aire Max Heating and Cooling. He's professional, knows his work backwards and forwards and has always done a great job. Max is my go-to guy when it comes to problems with my furnace. Definitely recommended.

Max was friendly and installed our furnace according to the time frame we set. He left everything clean after he finished. I would recommend his services. We are considerig installing an AC with him too.

Max and Fred were totally courteous and professional during this trying time. They worked very hard and did a great job with the furnace installation After the installation was completed they made sure to clean the area and take all the garbage away. Job Well Done!

My furnace gave in , based on excellent reviews on google and Homestars I called Max. Max was prompt in responding, he showedup first thing in the morning. After trying to make it work by changing the Board for couple of hours, he gave me three options, get it repaired with poor economics ( it is 18 year old furnace) or go for second opinion or go for a new furnace. He gave me a very competetive rate , extra labour warantees and cah back from furnace manufacturer. I decided to go for it. Max did a great job with furnace and humidifier installation, removed old furnace, left behind a clean place and applied to the manufacturerer for cash back,. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Max.

Our furnace broke during the day and it would not heat the house, only blowing cold air. I tried to take a look at a few youtube tutorials however nothing I tried helped, I posted a service request and Max answered within a few hours. He was able to come the next day (thankfully it wasn't freezing outside but still chilly). He was knowleable and replaced the broken part (motor) and we got our heat back before the temperature fell again the next day, we didn't realize how much we took our heating for granted. Max was a great help and I would call him again in a heartbeat if I were to have any problems with my furnace.

Our furnace was breaking down days prior to Christmas. Max was able to come on such short notice to diagnosis and installed new furnace within 3 days. He was very open and honest with pricing and very knowledge. We felt very comfortable working with him, will definitely recommend him for all HvAC related work.

Max is very responsive. I called him at Friday late afternoon after my furnace broke down. He went there in 2hrs and get it fixed. Although my furnace is very old and probably better to change to a new one. He still explained everything to me and offered me different appoarches.

Our furnace stopped working last week in middle of Feb. My tenant who live in the property has small child so we needed the work done fast at competitive rate and good brand and workmanship. We were referred to Arie Max by friends as they had worked with them before. We got quoted from 3 companies Arie Max was most competitive and least pushy and accommodating. They completed the work next day fast and very clean job. They even took our old furnace. I will recommend them to anyone who wants get job done with good brand and very fast and good job.

The Furnace stopped working after midnight. Being middle of winter and during the house was so cold. Luckily we got Recommended to Aire Max and he was quick to give us a quote and also asked us to shop around. We decided to go with Aire Max since the quote was reasonable and got the replacement done right away. They are very efficient and Quick service. Thanks Phil

I noticed a loud clicking sound from my furnace and called Max on a Sunday evening expecting to get his voice mail. Surprisingly he picked up and we arranged for him to come take a look the very next day. Max arrived perfectly on schedule, assessed my furnace and gave two options - either repair or replace. He explained that Carrier was offering an excellent rebate on a new furnace, but let me come to my own conclusion as to whether to repair my furnace or replace it. I decided to replace it. Two days later, Max installed the furnace as scheduled. He left the house cleaner than when he arrived. Subsequently, I noticed that the heat was far better distributed throughout the house. The basement which was typically much colder than the rest of the house was now much warmer. My third floor bedroom was also getting more heat. Note that I did not ask Max to fix this problem. He simply did the job correctly. Also, throughout the process from initial call to final installation, I texted max a few times with questions. Each time, he answered my text within 60 seconds. It was pretty amazing actually. Overall, Max was probably the best person I've ever hired to do work on my house. The icing on the cake was the significant discount I received on the job via the Carrier rebate. I won't hire anyone but Max to do further HVAC work on my house.
