    New Furnace, A/C and Water Heater

    Received a few quotes and Max was the best value for a new furnace, A/C and Water Heater with Nest Thermo. His company installed and cleaned up, was a great job and would recommend his services.

    Replaced Central Air Cooling Unit

    Reached out to a few contractors to replace my old central AC unit which just refused to die May of 2018. Max was the first to respond. He gave me a price for a popular entry level Lennox unit. I was hesitant at first on whom to go with as another reputable contractor had also responded and was excellent at answering questions and guiding me through my options. Anyway, I decided to pick Max as he was ready to come right away and the estimate was very reasonable. Service was very quick. Max installed everything professionally and in record time. The reason for the imperfect score is because after the work, I had to clean up the soiled water trail from my entrance door to the basement area where the AC penetrated. It had rained outside and the canvass cloth Max used to cover the floor in the access route was not laid out right away. The AC nit and workmanship is very good and it has been a year now. AC is working very well with no issues.

    Furnace, A/C and humidifier installation

    Max is very knowledgeable and responded promptly with pricing options when I reached out after our 25 year old furnace finally gave way in the middle of March. He came to our home and installed a new Carrier high efficiency furnace, removing the old unit and cleaning up after completing the install. We were very pleased with his work and later brought him back to install a new AC and humidifier. Thanks, Max!

    New furnace and A/C uit

    Our house had a 35 year old furnace and a broken air conditioner. Max showed up on time for the quote and install. Price was great, very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

    Hot Water Tank

    Our hot water heater died in the middle of winter and I began speaking with another H&C outfit, whose quote was absurdly inflated. I found Max on HomeStars. I immediately contacted him and he quoted the job over $1K less than the other guys. Not only that he was highly responsive and helpful. After the install, he continued to help me when I couldn't figure out new configurations for the heater. HIGHLY recommend Max and Aire Max. They're now my go-to for any heating and cooling needs.

    Professional and Timely

    I needed to replace my hot water tank and spent a fair amount of time looking for service providers. I spoke with Max and he gave be a quote right away and provided me some recommendations. Compared to other companies Max was able to install the unit I wanted much more quickly and at a more competitive price. I subsequently used his service again to replace my furnace. He was very polite and professional and I highly recommend him.

    New A/C Installation

    We recently had put in a new A/C. They came on time as stated and were very efficient and friendly like always and cleaned up the mess that was made. We were very happy with the service we received.

    Furnace and A/C Installation

    Last month I contacted Aire Max to do a replacement gas furnace and air conditioning installation in my home, as my existing units were old and were causing me problems. Max was able to give me a quick estimate based on the square footage of my home over the phone. He came later in the day to give me a formal written estimate, and after seeing my existing setup, discussed with me the different models available for the furnace and A/C, their differences, and the prices. I choose the models I wanted, and I found his prices to be quite reasonable given the work involved. The prices were fairly close to the estimate given over the phone. He came to install the furnace and the A/C the following Monday. His work was clean and professional, and by the end of the day we had heat and had done a short test of the A/C. Max texted me a few days later to ensure everything was working with the units. The following week I did a longer test of the A/C, but found that there was some water condensation dripping out of the back of unit. I texted Max, and set up a time for him to come to look at it. He came as scheduled and fixed the problem to my complete satisfaction. Although no one likes to have a problem on a new install, but I was impressed that Max cared, and that he fixed the issue with the water condensation in a timely manner. I have complete confidence that if in the future there are any issues, that he will correct them. So despite the hiccup on the initial install, I give Max a 10, and would recommend him for any new furnace and A/C installs.

    Furnace Repair

    Max was awesome. He set an appointment time within a few hours of my request for service and was on time. He quickly repaired a faulty ignitor with the brand name part and performed a check of my furnance to ensure there were no other issues. He is a great guy and knows his stuff! I would recommend him to anyone with furnance problems.

    Furnace repair

    Max did a terrific job repairing our old Amana furnace. He was quick to respond to our request and was very knowledgeable about our heating system. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to repair or replace their furnace.
