    great service, done quick and professionally

    Max did a great job fixing our old furnace. He came same day. Very professional and efficient service. Very fair price. Will use again and I would highly recommend. Thanks!

    Awesome service

    Great service. Furnace broke down and Max came explained my options. His pricing was very competitive. Got a 80000btu Carrier for less than others quoted for lesser brands.!Came on time, very polite and replaced my furnace.Thanks Max... will definitely be using your services again. Highly recommmed.

    Furnace repair

    Max was great! He showed up 2 1/2 Hours after we called and described the problem with our furnace to him. He told us our options and the costs then replaced the part. Back to a heated home the same morning. Reliable, professional, fair. Recommended!!

    Furnace issue resolved within an hour

    My furnace stopped working and I looked online for a good company to help me out. I noticed Max (Aire Max) on Homestars had great reviews and gave him a shout. He arrived within an hour and after a thorough inspection of my furnace, he identified the issue immediately. He explained to me what happened and how I can remedy the situation if it occurs again in the future. My furnace is quite old, and when it comes time for replacement I will definitely call on Aire Max. Thanks a lot, Max!

    Heating Equipment and Humidifier

    Our Heating system went down unexpectedly. We called Max has he had done a great service job on October 12 2018. He came the same day to inspect and diagnosed the issue. After 21 years of service our heating system needed to be replaced. He returned the next day and had the new heater and humidifier installed as per the quote and within the forecast time. All the old equipment was removed and disposed at no additional cost. I found Max professional, responsive and very professional. I have no hesitation recommending him.

    Tankless waterheater install

    Max installed a new furnace for us a year ago and then we were thrilled to see the same great work, great price and prompt service when he installed a Rinnai tankless waterheater. He beat every price and was the only serviceperson who actually arrived when he said he'd be there. He is the best!

    Re-start of furnace

    Our furnace suddenly stopped working. The red lights in the control panel were indicating a problem that was not easy to deal with. I called and Max was arrived when he said he would. He asked me to turn off the power and he checked some things. Then we turned it back on and the furnace was working again - basically like rebooting a stuck computer. He also made suggestions on some small improvements that could be made and gave me the reasons for the suggestions. I did learn to try the off-on business and to ignore the error codes as a first try - then call. If you need his help send him a text with your address - he doesn't like to write things down. When he showed up in a Mercedes Benz Sprinter van, I was concerned that it would be an expensive visit, but he was much more reasonable than the guy who showed up in a Ford Transit.

    Furnace repair

    My furnace stopped working and after calling a number of Heating and Cooling companies Max was the only person who picked up the phone! All the other companies told me to "leave a message". Even though it is an older furnace, Max was able to find the part to repair it instead of suggesting to buy a new one which I couldn't afford at the time. I have been looking for an honest furnace repair person and I think I've found him! I will be using Aire Max Heating & Cooling Inc. from now on.

    Furnace Repair

    In early February, while my parents where away on vacation, I discovered their furnace had broken down. It was a Sunday and I left messages with three other furnace repair companies (one of which was also listed on HomeStars). I did not receive a call back from any of the three companies. I then contacted Aire Max Heating & Cooling because of the great reviews on HomeStars. Max answered the phone and I scheduled the service call for first thing Monday morning. Max arrived early Monday morning, and quickly diagnosed the problem (blower motor failure). He returned the following morning with a new motor, and had it installed in no time.

    Replace A/C, Water Tank & Furnace Repair

    I'm catching up for HVAC work done over the past 5 years using Aire Max. I first called Aire Max about a frozen A/C evaporator (after researching Homestars). Max responded quickly and had everything working the same day. Since then Max has been my go to guy and has replaced the A/C (2 years ago) and hot water tank (last year). Max responds quickly and costs out the repair options. Max just recently came to repair the furnace which is on it's last legs. I will be calling Max likely in the fall to just change it out. Max's pricing is fair, his work is sound and he responds quickly when you're in a jam.
