    Site Visit and Structural Report

    Jomar from K H Davis was very professional, courteous, and efficient in his site visit to my home. The report he generated was very detailed with various options I could explore. It gave me lots to think about which is exactly what I was hoping for, to understand what I was missing. I had a lot of questions and comments, as I usually do, and he was very open and thorough in his replies. I definitely would consider working with K H Davis for future work.

    Underpinning basement - Structural Drawings & Dependable Team

    We've had the pleasure of working with Ken, Jomar and team on our structural drawings for underpinning our basement. They are very professional, prompt with their communication and due to their diligence, we were able to get our building permits approved quickly. We would work with Ken and Jomar at KH Davis again on any other project and recommend anyone looking for a dependable team!

    Engineering and Permitting Services

    I am a general contractor and have been using KH Davis for our structural engineering and permitting. I can't say enough good things about my experience with the company and my engineer, Jomar, who is very thorough, knowledgeable and quickly available whenever we've needed to make a change or further clarification on something. I would happily recommend KH Davis to anyone.

    Prompt & Professional

    Jomar Manzano was the engineer on my 60's bungalow reno - he worked with architectural plans to create structural drawings, and submitted all for permits. Working with Jomar was such an enjoyable experience - he is very patient & personable, and I appreciate that he took time to explain all structural aspects of the space in a way that a non-engineer would understand. Due to Jomar's prompt and professional service - the building permits were approved rapidly, and without any issues. I would highly recommend Jomar and KH Davis for your building project.

    New Cabana

    We used K H Davis again to provide my client structural engineering. They reviewed our project and designed all the structural elements for the cabana. Again a permit was issued without any revisions.

    Structural Beam

    We contacted Ken for an assessment and evaluation for a structural issue in our basement. Ken came out and reviewed our situation and developed an in-depth and detailed report. Ken was available to help along the way with any questions that we had even after the his report was given to us and he responded quickly. I highly recommend K H Davis for any of your structural issues.

    Sound Practical Advice

    I contacted Ken regarding a minor structural modification I was contemplating as part of a kitchen remodel. Ken immediately understood what I was trying to accomplish and offered sound practical advice on how I could achieve the desired outcome on my own.

    Pleasantly Surprised at Courtesy and Knowledge

    I was referred to KH Davis by another contractor and spoke to Kevin who patiently and graciously listened to the issue I was facing in my house. He offered some advice on how to tackle it myself. I've had difficulty in getting straight answers on occasion from different sources so was so pleased and surprised. When I checked their site, the comments of others confirmed I'd spoken to the right company, and the right professional in Kevin. Thanks so much - I'll be referring this firm and Kevin to others who need building alterations.

    Site Inspection

    Ken was hired for an inspection of our new home. Throughout the process Ken was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Ken provided a comprehensive report and I would highly recommend his services.
