    Window replacement

    Excellent job in replacing our second story window. Answered all my questions and exceeded my expectations. Window looks better than the original. I would recommend their services to anyone. Marcus

    Roofing and Stucco repair/painting

    Our house is about 25 years old and was looking like it. The old shakes on the roof needed replacing and the stucco was cracked and in need of repair in many places and needed painting. Richard showed us how the work would be done with top of the line products. Once we set a start date that worked for us, the roofing was expertly done in a timely fashion and the painting crew was here the next day to get the painting started and they did a fantastic job! Our house looks like new now! All in less than a week! We would happily recommend Legacy Exteriors to anyone!

    Stucco Painting

    Completed the job within four days. Both painters paid close attention to detail resulting in a professionally completed painting. They removed all exterior lights, door bell buttons etc. Installed new lights and buttons that I provided. In fact they painted trim that was not covered in the contract much to my surprise. My neighbors commented on how much nicer the house looked. Both workers made sure I was happy with the job before departing. Totally satisfied and highly recommend them for similar projects.

    Window/door cladding; stucco repair and painting

    Our 24 year old house was looking it's age with a dated stucco colour and areas of stucco damage. Also the wooden windows and door frames were a frequent make work project, especially on the south facing exposure where paint peeling and chipping was always an issue. Richard dropped by not long ago and enthusiastically recommended products that would greatly improve the appearance of our house and largely eliminate the maintenance required. He was also very positive about his crews which he considers the best in the business. We couldn't be happier with the results. The house looks better than when new. Richard's selections of cladding and paint colours gave us options that really complemented the existing brick work and roof colour. (and no more scraping and painting!!) The workmanship was outstanding and completed in a very timely manner. We will use Legacy for future projects and will highly recommend them to others.

    Stucco and painting

    Our 26 year old house needed the stucco repairing and painting. We had a few quotes from other companies, and started getting confused with making a decision. Richard came and explained what he recommended and why, he took us to view other properties his company had repaired and painted, he had no problem with us talking to previous customers, and gave straight forward answers to our many questions. Alberto and Evan who did the work were absolutely faultless, very hard working, very polite, and it was a pleasure having them work on our house. We are so happy with the work and results, would certainly recommend this company and will use them again without hesitation for any work we need doing. Thank you, well done guys.

    Exterior Stucco Painting

    An excellent company to do business with. Before we enlisted their service, we received quotes from 3 additional companies. We also met with a number of Legacy's previous customers. They, as we, are extremely pleased with Legacy's work. Alberto and Evan did a 5 star job. Their coating/paint is spread evenly, the lines are excellent and throughout the job they were flexible and very receptive to feedback. We would not hesitate to recommend or hire them again. An absolutely wonderful business experience; they exceeded our expectations.

    Stucco paint and repair

    Richard spent a lot of time explaining the process and their products. He even drove us around to numerous houses in our neighbourhood to show us homes that they had done. The quote for the suggested work was very reasonable and once we saw some finished homes, we were convinced Legacy Exteriors was our best choice. The crews were very professional and took care of our property. When they were finished, everything was cleaned up and well taken care of. We are very satisfied with the work they have done and would highly recommend this company. We have had numerous compliments on our house from people as they have passes by. Any questions or concerns were immediately dealt with.

    Stucco Repair and Painting

    We had Jose and his crew repair and paint our house and were extremely happy with the result. The attention to detail when cutting in around windows was excellent. Even our neighbors were impressed with how much time they took to prep the windows with paper. We were questioning the colors we had chosen and Richard helped us make the decision and stick to our initial selections. We would highly recommend Legacy Exteriors!

    Stucco colour and repair

    We recently had work done on our Stucco (Repair / Colour) by Legacy Exterior, Richard the owner was great for the whole process, he answered all of our questions and was extremely honest about the costs. He definitely undersold the quality of work his team does. His crew was fast, and even with 2 days of rain - they stayed later the next few days to make up for the lost time (Completely unexpected). They were professional and a pleasure to have work on our house. Thank you again, We will absolutely be contacting Richard again for any more work we need done.

    Metal clad windows and doors.

    I am very pleased with the quality workmanship and service of the tradesmen. Richard, the owner is very attentive. They under promise and over deliver. You don't see this very often.
