    Home Exterior Painted

    Had our home exterior painted recently with Legacy. Very well done! They were efficient, friendly, and very conscientious about the quality of workmanship. The project was handled in a timely matter from start to finish. The house turned out great! They are very proud of their product and we got the quality we were promised. Would definitely recommend them to our friends and family!

    Stucco Repair and Painting

    I recently had some stucco repair work done on my house and decided it needed a new paint job. Richard took the time to answer all my questions, gave suggestions on colours and showed me the product. The work was performed professionally, in a timely manner and as promised. Thank you Legacy Exteriors for giving my house a facelift and making it look spectacular once again.

    Repair Skylight Leak

    Our skylights had water leaks. Called several companies to find out that they cannot help then called Legacy Exteriors and spoke to Richard. Unfortunately, he was not able to help but he was kind enough to refer us to one of his contacts which was great. Referrals are always the best! Richard was pleasant and had a willing to help attitude. Thank you, Richard!!!

    Tile Roof Repair

    Our tile roof was leaking, scrambling to call roofers, few answered or returned calls. Legacy got back to us straight away. They don't do tile roofing but were kind enough to provide some guidance..courteous and professional.. Thanks

    Exterior Painting of Stucco

    Excellent Job! On time and on budget. Showed up when they said, worked steadily until the job was completed. Richard (the manager of the company) made several excellent suggestions about colors and painting the stucco accents. Super happy with the results and several neighbors have already stopped by to comment on how good the house looks!

    Acrylic stucco and follow up the next summer

    Last Summer full home completed with new acrylic product over stucco- all great- on time- great customer service- We had a small area that allowed water into the window frame and moistened the stucco around the window- Inside 2 weeks all repaired- no complaining- Great Support- Great Business Ethic for their customers- Don't get let down: Legacy is the Real Deal Mike S

    Cladding of exterior windows

    Our wooden framed windows were in terrible shape. The paint had peeled off most of the sills, and we have misting in the majority of them. I first contacted Simon from Basco Defogging to see if they could be saved or if we needed to replace. He assured us that although they looked bad, the frames were solid. He recommended aluminium cladding for the exterior to protect the wood from the environment, and save from yearly maintenance. He referred us to Richard, and I am so glad that he did. Very knowledgeable and passionate about the quality of his products, he assured us that when he was done our windows would look like brand new replacements. He wasn't wrong. Amilcar who performed the cladding is a true artist. Our windows look SUPERB, and we have already received positive comments from the neighbours. Saving our windows this way has not only saved us several thousand dollars, but is also good for the environment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richard to family and friends.

    Stucco Repair and Paint

    We met Richard back in May when he was in our neighborhood door knocking. Spent some time going over our suggested exterior repairs and looking at several of his past completed job sites. We decided to proceed with Legacy based upon their knowledge, quality of workmanship and professionalism. The job started on time and his paint crew demonstrated attention to details in all aspects of the job including the daily clean-up. Everything was handled in a very professional manner and the crew was always considerate and friendly. There were no surprises from the initial quote to the final completed job. Hats off the Richard and his team!

    Fascia and Trim Cladding

    Our 21 year old house desperately need some fascia and trim uplift, either paint or cladding. We decided to go with aluminum cladding and never paint again. Richard took my call right away and arranged for an estimate to be done. He noted that there would be no upfront payment, only settlement once the work was done and we were satisfied. Within a week Amilkar came out and we discussed what needed to be done. Originally, the work was scheduled about a month out but due to a cancellation, our job was able to begin within a few days. Amilkar is an extremely hard worker, staying until 7 or 8pm every night. He is a craftsman and perfectionist. We had some difficult requests, like covering some old, bent, unsightly flashing which now looks superb. You won't find anyone better for this. All around, the whole experience and quality of work exceeded our expectations. Thanks guys !!!
